A & C Windows Roofing and Siding installed my roof and it has been a headache since the installation. There were problems with the installation and damage resulting from the installation. Chuck Miller came over to check out the problems/damage which he assured me he would fix. Nothing has been fixed. He recently didn't show up twice for appointments and didn't give me the courtesy of a phone call cancelling the appointments. Chuck Miller doesn't stand behind his work.

It went great. Chuck and his team were fantastic. Very easy to deal with and very responsive to any concerns. Small unforeseen problem with removal of existing windows. A solution was suggested and everything went well from there. Took one day longer because of the weather. His installers Danny and Jimmy were very knowledgeable, professional, neat, and courteous. We interviewed several contractors and we sure were please with the results from A&C .
Description of Work: We had 20 windows and a patio door installed. We replaced our 20+ year old windows metal fram with new vinyl.

During the initial service, they were here when they said they would but repairs took a while to get done.
Description of Work: I used A&C Windows for replacing windows in the apartments.
