Working with team at Figuemax was easy and stress-free. The crew arrived on-time, did a great job with the trees, cleaned up after. I thought the price was fair too. i will hire them again.

Mr. Hector and his crew were incredibly respectful and provided us with AMAZING service. Mr. Hector also provided us with the most competitive rate around the area and his team were very professional. They were some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. All around excellent experience. Hector provided quick response for estimate, scheduling, and any questions I had. The tree was a pretty large sized Oak tree near the side of my house. Workers showed up on-time as scheduled and worked quickly, Excellent quality with no damage to surrounding trees. Absolutely no damage to lawn and they did a thorough clean-up. I would definitely hire again.

Did a very nice job, cleaned everything up and no complains

Hector was great. He responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduled the job and confirmed beforehand what service we wanted. On the day of, he called me to confirm he was coming. Afterwards, the site was very clean, he took pictures to confirm that everything was completed. Invoicing was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Figuemax again!

They showed up when scheduled and Hector told us that they didn't have the bucket truck because he couldn't get it registered at DMV. The man, Juan, who was going to climb the tree and cut it down from the top suddenly didn't feel comfortable doing that. So for $300 less than the quote to take the entire tree down, they would just cut off the dead branches. He seemed to have completely forgotten about the stump, and when my husband brought it up, he said he would talk to the guys (in Spanish) and possibly they could come back two days to do the work. My husband came in the house to get coffee and when he went outside, they were all gone. They never showed up nor called again.

Highly skilled removal required as one tree was leaning on the second Executed perfectly and professionally. Prompt and polite service all at a reasonable cost. A+++++

no problems very efficent and knew what had to be done, cleaned up after and left no mess behind, rturned to remove stump, and also did the job right and good, cleaned up after.

The project went okay. My only issue was the multi-stage process that took several days to complete. The tree removal was scheduled and done quickly; 6 days later the stump grinding was done; and then the final clean up was done several hours later that same day. The whole project could have been coordinated and scheduled a little better.

The company called me to set up an estimate appointment within 24 hours. They came out and provided an estimate within a week and came out to remove the trees by 2 weeks of the estimate request.

The team was responsive to solving problem including stump removal. Trees were on danger of falling on power lines and neighbor's personal property so job had to be done on timely fashion. All waste was removed and area cleaned, great communication and pics sent directly to my phone. Highly recommend Figuemax for tree cutting needs.

He said he would come Monday for an estimate but he did not instead he texted late Monday that he would call. He then calls and says one of his employees will contact us today. He did not. That's 2 no shows. I would no longer trust them to actually do the work.

Once Hector and Raphael came over for the estimate, I didn't bother calling anyone else. Hector was knowledgeable, courteous, very professional but not stiff, and corrected some ideas that I had which were not to our benefit. He did not try to up-sell me. He gave me a price that was $200 lower than the first company for the exact same work (I made a list to be sure they would be easy to compare). He arrived one hour later due to weather concerns but texted me and called me to keep me posted. He said it would take 4 hours and it did. As an added bonus, they cut down some low-hanging branches on a tree that was not part of the estimate. I only discovered this the next day, I will be using Figuemax again and we already picked out the next project. A's all around!

Best service ever. Hector called me on Sunday to respond to my request, came out Monday for the quote and accommodated my request for Saturday service. The work was impeccable, and the entire transaction was handled professionally. Best of all, the price was awesome! I will highly recommend him to everyone I know.
