It takes me at least 1.5 hours to get to this property and I was very upset that he did not keep the appointment OR did not call/text me with his change of plans. I was looking forward to meeting this team and having these projects completed but will not call them again- my time is valuable too!

Install Chandelier, shelving, & various small jobs. This is the second time I hired Dixie Home Maintenance. Joey and crew do excellent work. No job is too small or too big. They are very knowledgeable, pay attention to small details, and they take pride in their work. Without any hesitation I highly recommend Dixie Home Maintenance.

They trimmed my shrubbery, removed honeysuckle " trees" and moved a holly bush. They also finished digging a flower garden I had started years ago!

Took care of a leaky roof and inside caulking in bathrooms. Great jobs. I will use again. They were very professional.

Excellence is the word I will use to describe: Joye, Joe, and Matt. They are very courteous and gracious. They are very knowledgeable on what they do and not to mention very responsive and communicated very well with all the details. I used them to install new hardwood floor and bathroom remodel and they did stunning job. While working on bathroom, my other bathroom started having issues and Joye was able to fix it temporarily and made it usable. I will be calling them back again to remodel 2nd bathroom and any other work that my come up. We had a time constrain and all three of them worked very hard and stayed late to finish the job, can?t thank them enough for that.

What can I say they are the best I found them on Angie list about a year ago they do everything and anything I need. This job was to paint two interior rooms they showed up on time. I Am not able to lift, back problems . They moved all the furniture took everything down from the walls the rooms were my children from birth they are 30 and gone but the walls were a mass they patched sanded fixed the walls painted fixed a bathroom light in one room and a receptacle in another cleaned up did a great job

I purchased the "$199 for Six Hours of Home Repair or Remodeling" deal. Joey and Joe showed up when they said they would and got right to work. They figured out exactly what was wrong with the door and fixed it. I can finally lock the deadbolt and close the door without brute force! They cleaned up after themselves, even down to sweeping the carpet that they walked on to get from the kitchen to the front door. Things were probably cleaner when they left than when they arrived! I will be seeing them again this Saturday to finish some trim and do some cement work. All-in-all VERY happy with these guys. Have multiple jobs for them in the future. Would happily refer them to friends and family.

From the moment I contacted Dixie it was a pleasure. They were polite, courteous and very professional. Joe and Joey arrived on time and went to work. In three hours the two of them completed everything on our list and then some things we hadn't even discussed. We thought they wouldn't be able to do everything, but they did. Replaced 3 hard-wired and lithium battery ceiling smoke detectors Replaced batteriers in a battery operated smoke detector Cleaned gutters Trimmed a tree that was touching house & gutters Repaired a fence Installed a new motion detector above garage door Replaced fixtures in garden path lights Cleaned out the outside dryer vent Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY! Would I sue them again? MOST DEFINITELY! My sister and I already started talking & making a list of chores/jobs we'd like to get done in the spring.

He was not prepared to provide the services in a reasonable time frame. They would not have been to get to do the job until just before Christmas. I had to cancel the deal.

Joey and Joe were great! They were on time and did everything I had on my very long list. I had emailed Joey the night before about picking up two 16 ft. pieces of down spouts as I couldn't get them in my car. They did that but only needed to use one of them, saving me money and time as they took back the extra piece for me. My new closet doors look great and I loved Joey's suggestion for adding door handles, $2.38 each vs. $11.00 each! This guy saved me money at every turn. I loved it. My new BFF's worked efficiently and constantly. Every minute was used tackling my massive list. They cleaned up after themselves and even took large pieces of garbage away for me. What a treat! I have two places that I want to upgrade, my kitchen and the master bathroom, and the three of us came up with great plans for both rooms, even making room for me do do some of the tiling, which I love to do. Both men were very professional. Joey has a great sense of humor,but best of all he made a fuss over my dog (more than once), which she loved! Come spring, the guys are coming back to continue with our plans. I can't wait...

It appears that he is very good because he was all booked up until January and I needed to get the work done sooner. I will probably call him back for another project in the future.

Joey and his assistant arrived at 9AM....exactly when he said they would.He took a look at the job and told me what they would need to do.Since I was providing the needed materials he also advised on what he needed ....with advice on how to keep the cost as low as possible.So while I was heading to Home Depot they began their work. I purchased the 6 hour agreement....and Dixie was able to get the job done within that time frame.I cannot say enough good things about the work that they did..........they were on time, professional and friendly at the same time,......and they did high quality work at a great price. If you need quality work...any type....of work done on your house, call Dixie.You will not be disappointed........

I purchased one of the big deals from Dixie Total Home Maintenance. They arrived at my house at the time they specified. I discussed with Joey what needed to be done and he and his crew went promptly to work completing everything I had on the list. In addition to completing the work on my list, they had time to do some drywall repair and grading of landscape rock in the front of the house. I am very satisfied with the service provided by the crew from Dixie Total Home Maintenance. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I have already scheduled an appointment for other work that needs to be performed.

I found the add for Dixie on Angie's list the week prior to the work for $199 for two men and three hours of work. I contacted them immediately by e-mail about the wall I needed completed and asked if the fee included this type of work. (A previous carpenter through Angie's list flat out told me his add for carpentry work did not cover it.) I was thrilled when they told me that it was included in this deal and I immediately purchased the service. On the day of service, I received three men instead of two at exactly the time we discussed. Not knowing how long it takes to build and complete a wall they immediately asked what else they could do for me because it wouldn't take them long at all. I couldn't believe it and started giving them the work that has needed to be done for about three years. Unfortunately my three hours ran out and I still have things I want done. So yes I will have them back and highly recommend them. They were pleasant, friendly, efficient, explained to me what they were doing as they went along. They also cleaned up everything before leaving. Again they are friendly, reliable, efficient and just as concerned about saving you money whenever or if at all possible. You really can't beat this deal in my book.

I did use DIXIE Total Home Maintenance and they have been excellent. They are honest. They are reliable. They do what they say and they don't try to over sell stuff that you don't need. The price was very reasonable. The quality was very good. The responsiveness was excellent. The punctuality was excellent. The professionalism was excellent. It is actually the second time I am using them, yes, I would use them in the future if needed.

My AC had broken last summer and I was able to put it off til now. Joey is a HVAC certified contractor and he did a wonderful job. He was in and out the same day. He installed the new unit outside and ran the system thru to the inside very quickly and also gave me a new thermostat that I could use without too much technicality. I have a hard time with the new ones. He was his usual clean and efficient self. He and his helper are always courteous and kind. He is so experienced, he can do almost any repairs I have a need for.

everything went good. they had to take off the storm door and the inside door to do the work. an ant colony was under the rotted threshold. everything works good (the inside door and storm door). i'm glad to get rit of the rotten wood from years of water damage.

Joey and Ken did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would do and the quality of their work was excellent. They came every day at the time they were supposed to and completed everything that needed to be done. The repair of the doors were an additional service that I asked them to do and they did it perfectly. I had multiple doors that my children had abused over the years and the doors were not closing properly. They repaired the alignment on three of the doors and the fourth one needed to be replaced. The doors work perfectly. I would use them again. They do great work

This contractor does quality work for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to friends/family

They did an excellent job. I had some damage from Hurricane Sandy which I needed to get repaired. I first looked for a handyman in Angie's List. I found a couple of names and one of them was Dixie Total Home Maintenance. I wrote them an E-Mail and they called me back the same day. They could not have been more helpful. They asked for a complete list of what I needed to be done and they offered to start over the next week. They set up a time to meet me and they were exactly on time. They went over everything that needed to be done and made suggestions. They started work immediately and kept me informed every step of the way. In the middle of their job we found out that we had a water leak and the township turned off our water. They found the leak, fixed it, had the water turned back on in less than a day. They removed and repaired one of the sections of dry wall and they were thorough enough to find out one of the ducts from a vent was no longer connected to the roof. They let me know and fixed that also. They replaced my broken storm door and the moulding around it. They our living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway. These people were the most honest people that I ever worked with. They had the keys to my place and they did a great job. They totally cleaned up. Their estimate was right on target and very fair. When they were finished and I came for a final inspection they had cleaned up the entire area they worked on and did an excellent job. I would very strongly recommend them for plumbing, painting, repairs, maintenance, and construction. I plan to always call them first whenever I need any repairs or construction done at my home. G-d bless them they have really restored my faith in contractors. It is rare to find anyone who does exactly what they say for the price they quote and follow the schedule that they have set up. Call them you will not be sorry

TRIED OUT THE COMPANY HEARD ABOUT THEM THROUGH FRIENDS. THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT HELD TO THEIR ESTIMATES AND DID A LITTLE EXTRA ALONG THE WAY. THE WORK WAS SPENDID, WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. GAVE THEIR NAME OUT TO FRIENDS WHO ARE USING THEM NOW. AWESOME PEOPLE AWESOM EJOB. WELL DONE MY GOOD AND FAITHFUL SERVANTS.

He is very accommodating, will always get back to you, and is very trustworthy. I trust him in my house when I am not around. His workmanship is excellent and his prices are reasonable. I have been using him for years and have been very pleased!
