I knew there were several issues going in and Dixie was able to fix them and others that had gone undiscovered. The time frame was off , but understand this had nothing to do with Dixie, just the fact they uncovered a lot of work done by the first contractor and had to replace and fix. They have done an amazing job getting my home back together but moreover, I feel confident now that its being done right and whatever was wrong before is being fixed and addressed in a way to make it right.( including making an emergency visit when the last contractors plumbing leaked into my living room). I honestly cant say enough good stuff about them and will hire them again for any upcoming projects.
Description of Work: We were working with another contractor who was doing bad work and not exactly the easiest to deal with. At the end of it all I had to fire them and get a replacement and thats where Joey and the rest of Dixie home maintenance came in. There was plumbing, painting, building and electric to deal with to finish up what was stated.

Response from Cherry Hill Home Remodeling
Funny thing. First thing we mentioned is we are booked thru the middle of Oct. We had ordered what they needed and were waiting on and eta for the part so we could inform them and get them on the dockett. Once we got that we would have gladly called. So the "we missed an appointment thing" is not true. We never made an appointment. If we did it would have been for middle Oct. But it seems these folks think that they are the only people on earth. We did a lot of work here and she knows this to be true. We will be canceling the order and moving on. We hope she find the patience to work with her next contractor. Things that are on order need to be delivered. On average 14-21 days. We do not make the time. The supply house does.

He had us take care of mom. He said she was a tough customer but she seemed to like us. We just listened and delivered on all her concerns. She was also called a couple of days later concerned about the trash she had blowing around due to a storm that never came.(TD Hermine) We went and removed it so she could relax. We thank you for the kind words and Mom's a sweetheart.

I had leak in standing shower. I called Joye and he came to give me the estimate very promptly. He gave us good advise/suggestion to fix the issue and it saved us good amount of money. He showed up on-time as he promised and got work done in less time then originally mentioned. He put up new walls around the stranding shower and made it look amazing. Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Cleaned up very nicely after work was completed. I would hire him over and over.

A bad builder left him with a shower pan that was never properly installed. It actually moved as you walked. We secured it and in a cost saving move, installed a custom tub enclosure due to the unusual dimensions. He plans on having us remodel the entire bathroom in about a year, but needs a shower in the mean time. So this was the least expensive, but nicest way to do it. We are glad they are happy with the results.

The guys were great. Always on time and they worked during the worst heat wave of the summer. They were always respectful and friendly. I read someone review where they stated that the guys were cursing etc. These guys have done other jobs for me and I NEVER heard any foul language. They always did a great job

We were extremely happy with Joey and his team. he went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to our liking and also gave opinions when we weren't sure of design. We will use them for everything that comes up in the future and would recommend them for all work.

We have found that Angie's Army is the best overall folks we work for. Our business is 90% AA and we are so glad we teamed up with a great company to showcase our brand of home maintenance. These folks had ideas and we made then happen. Safely, to code and in a timely manner. All design, fixtures and locations for the island were theirs. It's you home. When its a 2 way street the possibilities are endless. We can do it all but you are the homeowner. We appreciate you letting us in.

Was corresponding with Dixie and they told me they could arrive between 9:30 and 10:30 AM. I was not at the home, but there was someone home. They agreed to call me when they arrived and I would walk them through what I wanted. The arrived at 9am waited 15 minutes, never got out of the truck and knocked on the door they then left before 9:30. They then refused to respond to my texts and phone calls. Like I said. We agreed to talk at 9:30. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I am grateful they are not working on my mother's house and I thank them for exposing themselves early and saving me the pain of poor workmanship unprofessionalism.

Just reading this Yankee's ignorant and threating text was enough for us to move on. We do not tolerate folks who think contractor on Angie means they got us because of the review process. Not going to happen. We earn our A's. That 2 yankees in one-week. It can only go up from here. Thanks for your time.

We had Dixie total home maintenance give us an estimate for a kitchen remodel, covering popcorn ceiling, and laying new floor. Joey and his worker showed up to our house for an estimate and we were initially impressed. Joey seemed like a very friendly, knowledgable guy. After our initial meeting and discussing all our plans, we decided to go with them for our project. We had to wait over two months for them to start, but we thought for quality work that it would be worth it. Boy were we wrong. On the first day, Joey showed up with one of this workers. I had already taken down the cabinets, removed the kitchen floor, and ripped up the carpet because Joey told me anything I did prior to him coming would save me money. On the first day, it took Joey and his worker the entire day to rip up one layer of flooring. On day two, Joey discovered that the electric in our older home was a mess and needed to be re-run in order to pass inspection. He needed to run 6 lines through a total of two rooms in our basement to our electrical panel. He did not have to fish the lines through anything and he tacked them right to the ceiling. For some reason that took 4 days too do and another day to tie it in to the electrical panel. During this time he put a new water line in for our fridge and relocated our gas line as well. That Friday they started to cover our popcorn ceiling in our living room/ kitchen. At the same time they were putting the sheet rock up they decided it was a good idea to start putting our new floors and cabinets in. I asked them several times to please just finish the ceiling so they wouldn't damage anything. They insisted they were professionals and knew what they were doing. Well they ruined both the cabinets and the floors scratching them all up in the process of putting the sheet rock up. It took them 5 days to just put the sheet rock on the ceiling and they had a lift to do the hard part for them. The reason it took so long is because Joey had a brand new unskilled worker with him who knew absolutely nothing. When his more experienced worker of 7 months came to help finish up the ceiling, he could not believe how bad the ceiling was done. He was so fed up with how bad it was and how long it was going to take to fix he wanted to hire someone himself just to fix it. The following day Joey came to our house in the morning to let us know he was quitting and no longer wanted to finish the job. To be honest we are happy that he is gone. After he quit, we got some recommendations for other contractors to come in to finish the job. They were APPALLED at the quality of work that was done. We chose another contractor and they had to rip everything out that he had done and was able to put it all back together in a matter of two days rather then two weeks. After Joey quit he then tried to negotiate with us having him come back and only charging us for three days of work. To be honest his labor isn't even worth being free. We strongly advise against anyone using him as we put trust into him and his company and he screwed my family and I over.

I think it is enough to say that we were the ones who let him go. He came in making comments about hiring Mexicans and that was it for me. I am in the business of making it safe first particularly with older homes. He was in a rush. This was after our work passed all inspections. ALL INSPECTIONS. Then he argued that the work was substandard. I said we passed inspection that means we are code or better, as promised. He said that just meant it was ok. NO. IT MEANS IT PASSED ALL INSPECTIONS FOR 2016 CODES. It also means that when you go to sell your home you will be able to show that it is up to current standards. He lives in an older home and that is the problem. Older homes [Member Information Removed] some serious issues with all code items mainly because there were no real rules back in the day. That means they tend to take extra time. Not to add the new but to remove and upgrade the old. A fact that will dawn on him one day. Good example. Before 2014 you could [Member Information Removed] an S-trap under the sink. Not today. Anyone who has one can tell you they failed the home inspection because of it. We are sorry that we could not make this guy happy, but it is for the best. We [Member Information Removed] an excellent standing among Angie's Army. But you can't win then all. Oh, and I was not interested in returning. He apologized, said he watched to much DYI and we agreed that I would return the following week and I told him I would only charge for three days. Then he called me and said he found someone else. As I knew he would. So he once again has it wrong.

With the scope and amount of work that was performed, I'm pretty sure that I'm going to miss describing some of the amazing work that Joey and his company provided during this remodel. This was a big project and I pride myself on due diligence when planning and hiring the right company to ensure a successful outcome. I had multiple companies come out to discuss the project and provide estimates. Dixie THM was the company that stood out significantly during this process. Walk throughs and estimates with the bigger companies were cold and clinical. The scope and work they offered to perform and possible problems that might arise were vague and worrisome. Joey on the other hand pleasantly surprised me with genuine interest and excitement about taking on a project of this size. His communication style is honest and transparent. No hidden agendas here. We discussed problems that other contractors had pointed out which were large in scope and costly. He was very informed about the newest industry standards and dismissed most of these labor intensive and costly problems as an unnecessary offering the latest, alternative and highly innovative ways to address these concerns. Joey's style is to be collaborative with alternative options and ideas while giving you exactly what you ask for. Some of the ideas were amazing with the newest tech and innovations. As a typical homeowner I wasn't even aware that Many of these innovations were even available. It was exciting to see the project take new directions as he suggested the latest ways of doing things. If you're looking for short cuts and work arounds, don't use this company. Joey insists on doing things the right way. This was one of the things I appreciated most. During the life of the project Joey identified unexpected structural concerns and other related issues that were fixed properly and to code. His communication during every step of the project was fantastic. Joey did everything including construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, Kitchen build, Shower build, tile flooring, and aesthetics. His main concern during the entire project was to make sure that my wife and I were happy with the results, which we were. The project lasted about 6 months and we couldn't be happier with the results. I also asked him to do some extra projects during the time which ended up with the same amazing results. I had him finish a basement room, install an inground Pool filter pump, install a fence gate, and run additional electric. When we asked for changes he never hesitated to comply. Joey's engagement to the project remained constant throughout. He strives to give a quality product at a fair price. Both of which we received. This company is old school. No hidden surprises. No shortcuts. Quality work with a respectful and pleasant crew. I also liked how his company operates with billing. You pay a set labor fee and you select the materials. I found this to be good as I was able to select the exact materials that I wanted. Joey always offered to pick up anything that I purchased. I've finally found my one stop provider for all future needs. I fully recommend him and his company if you have a project you care about. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results.

We absolutely enjoyed this project more than any we have ever done. From the start we knew this man was great people. He's a Navy guy and we are the best. Our only goal was to ensure that he got the best of everything. This man is giving his home to the kids. He's in the In-law. As fellow Navy guys we know he would find some of the newest things the coolest. He has outlets that charge the devices he has. He has the over the head shower he always wanted. His wife has her own bench with her own faucet in the shower. They have a new bath without the thousands of dollars in rip up cost. He got a split system and the latest in ceiling evaps. He even got a faucet that lets him know how hot the water is and is a touch start. He also had some great ideas. A built in bookcase, built in kitchen cabinets to give more space. As we went to Lowe's we would inform him a any great deals we ran into. And he ain't no dummy. He jumped right on it. He was smart and got a Lowe's business credit card so he saved 5% and sometimes 10% on all purchases. This is a smart guy. He honors me with his kind words. He said he was a wordsmith. Just one thing. We all contributed. I am mentioned a lot but its a team effort. Us and the customer.

l had three men come to the house at 8:30 or 9:00. They asked about the paint color, one guy left to buy the paint. He returned about two hours later. While the other two guys and myself removed furniture and the pictures off the wall. After the paint came they began to paint. The older guy started the front living room and was finish at no time good job. Then another guy who went to get the paint started on the laundry room it took him all the time he was here. He stated he had to paint five times over that wall. This house seven years old it doesn't take that much paint and he only had one can for each room. The older guy stated on the other room. He was finish before the guy in laundry room. The third guy was walking around suppose doing trimming . After it was getting late around 5:30 or 6:00. The guy who said he was the boss said they could finish, that I would have to call and reschedule for another day to finish, but it would cost another $100/hr. We couldn't afford that so I said we would finish . So I give them $60 dollars. The next day when I could see the work they had done. I found a lot of problems. So I email Dixie and told them what was wrong they send me back too nasty email. One was you pay us a tip so it most be ok and you paid for more then what you got. The next one my men don't want to come back . I don't know what the workers said, but I am a respectable person. I just wanted then to fix the paint on the hitching of the doors and paint on bathroom door. After seeing the paint after it was done was a hot mess. I will use them again or refer them to anyone . I will be posting my pictures of the work they done. I am not happy with the work. I wish I could get my money back.

We set up an estimate. She is surprised to see us at the time we agreed on. She was not expecting us. We discussed painting white trim and painting 2 small rooms.I explained that we move furniture as long as the stuff on it is moved. We gave her a swatch to pick colors from. We explained we use Valspar or Sherwin Williams. Neither is near her. We agree on a date and time. Upon arriving she once again was not ready. She never sent a color. She had not removed pix from the walls. She had not gotten furniture ready. She did however add 2 more rooms to the original job. I sent 3 guys knowing one would have to get the paint while the others prepped. I did not know that she would not be ready. Prepping means filing hole, making small drywall repairs, clearing high cob webs and wiping whites. Bottom line she paid for 2 guys for 8hrs. She got three for 9 hours at no additional cost. They had no lunch and worked thru to try to get the most done in the time left by her not being ready. Upon completion she expressed how happy she was and even gave the guys a tip. She complained about one of the add ons not getting done. Now she says she wants her money back. Yankee. Here is the deal, This is a 2 way street. We do all we can to give you a professional job. Thats the prep part. Your part is to have furniture ready to move or tarp, obviously take things off the wall, and have your color choices ready Not have us wait for you to do all that. Its called teamwork. We wanna give you the best bang for your buck. But you gotta work with us. Thank you for your time.

Homeowner for over 25 years...have dealt with many construction companies over the years. Took Angie's list advice this time and hired the BEST around. Joey was professional from beginning to end! Not only listen to what we wanted, but offered solid advice on alternatives that we didn't think about. This saved us tons of money! Communication was excellent. Kept us informed with every step. Deals with only quality materials...great new window and railing system...top of the line. Dixie will be my only call from now on!

Great Angie's Army member. His insurance company wanted rails around a roof. HUH? It was doable but could cause problems down the road. I suggested we moved the door out and install a window in its place. The hard part would be matching the exterior. But we had some materials that made it look like it has always been there. Not to mention the money we saved on rails around a large roof. This was also an older home built in the 20's. That means lead is an issue. We are a certified lead safety company (mandatory since 2012 for any and all LEGAL/INSURED businesses in the USA) so this was not and issue. Please be sure that any work done in your home older that 1978 is done by a certified lead safety pro. Don't hire a hack for this type work. He loved the results and thats what counts.

Just finished talking with Joey, the owner of Dixie Home Improvement. He came to review the project punch list and to understand our overall vision for the project. After speaking with him which was an enjoyable session as he is not only knowledgeable but has a humorous common sense approach to home improvement, we decided to cancel the Home Depot contractors we were intending to hire and just use him to do the entire job! And his pricing is right too - a flat hourly fee (2-4 guys on a crew) which is very different in this industry as generally you are paying per job. For this company, the fee is the same whether they are putting on a new roof or hanging up a painting. I really like that! The only down side is that they can't fit me in until mid - May. But I respect that too as that means their company is in demand and that's a good thing. Looking forward to my new remodel by Dixie!

I guess the fact that we listen and suggest cost effective ways to nothings is a bit of a surprise to some. She seemed genuinely surprised. As we walked thru she would mention what our competition had suggested and with few exceptions, it was the most expensive way to go. We make our money on labor. Not materials. We are not going to sell you things you do not need. We are hoping to help her get the house she just purchased into the home she will love.

Joey sent two guys to our home to do some minor repairs & painting. I was told they started work at 8am but they didn't arrive until almost 9am. Once they arrived they quickly got to work and did a very good job. However, they did not get the entire job done so I needed to schedule another day of work and was told that March 28 was their first opening. This was disappointing as I had hoped to put our house on the market in mid March. Although maybe it is a good thing because they wouldn't be so busy unless they did good work. I will use them again but will clarify the start time.

We leave Somerdale at 8am. We stopped at the Lowe's to get things she needed. We had visited earlier to get an idea and knew she did not have a Lowe's around. So technically we were there for her. We did not charge either. The list was 18 items long, and we did 15. We were there a little past time and did not charge. She just asked for us to return.

It took 7 days to finish and that includes all the extra work that was added along the way. Joey and Chad did the majority of the work in my home. They started with installing a drywall ceiling in the kitchen. This was time consuming as they needed to make the cutouts for the recessed lighting. They installed the drywall and all the steps that go with it (mud, sanding etc) and painted my kitchen ceiling into the dining room. They replaced the drywall along two exterior walls of the bathroom off the kitchen and finished off the drywall and painting of the kitchen powder room. They installed baseboard throughout the kitchen and powder room as well as baseboard and quarter round in the entryway and painted it all. They painted the two exterior doors as well as the door into the garage. They also installed a tile floor and grout from the entryway through the kitchen and into the powder room. They patched a section of drywall in another part of the house as well as touched up paint throughout the house. They brought in Joey and Ryan to help finish the project. Joey and Ryan built a landing and set of stairs off the family room to the backyard. They painted all the interior doors throughout the house. During the time that they were working on my house we had a very bad storm that knocked down a very large tree limb and went through a panel of our backyard fence. Not only did Joey cut up the tree limb, he removed two others from the tree that were in danger of falling. Joey then fixed the backyard fence which was crucial for the safety of our deaf dog. I noticed an issue with the side of the garage and Joey was able to explain step by step how he would fix it in just a few hours. He said this was something that needed to be fixed so we went ahead with the repair. They fixed the sliding mechanism on the fireplace doors. They fixed a leg on a wooden table and my wooden desk. They also hung 2 shop lights in my garage. They caulked the bathtub and a section of sink. They caulked around windows, fixed a roof tile and reattached a shutter. I have never had the pleasure of working with such an exceptional company like Dixie Total Home Maintenance before. The guys were happy to explain everything they were doing as they worked. They answered every question I had. They were respectful, punctual and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I have never meet a more dedicated and hard working bunch of guys. They never complained and made time to fix several additional items that cropped up along the way. I was amazed and truly impressed by the integrity of this company from the owner to every one of the employees I interacted with. The guys were very straightforward and honest about how much time would be involved for several other projects I was considering. Knowing that we are selling the house, they recommended against doing the extra projects. Honestly, in this day and age, how often do you find a company that turns down work in favor of doing the right thing? I am so grateful to have found this company. Their goal is to be your one call for all your home maintenance needs. Whatever your need is, call them first as more than likely they will be able to take care of it for you and at a more reasonable price than anyone else. I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.
Description of Work: I can't say enough positive things about this company or the guys employed by Dixie Total Home Maintenance. I had the pleasure of working (observing really) with Joey, Joey, Chad and Ryan. At the time I hired the guys from Dixie they were running a special that for every 8 hours worked you paid for 7. As a military family on a budget with a small window for a ton of work to be completed this company and especially theses guys were a Godsend to our family. While trying to get an idea of the cost of the project I was told it was $100.00 an hour for two guys. While this was valuable information I had no idea how long it would take them to finish the work. The owner Joey made time on a Saturday to stop by and look over what we needed completed to give me a number of days they would need to finish the work. He was extremely patient with the ridiculous number of questions I had for him and after this in person meeting I was comfortable enough to offer his company the job. I interviewed 2 other companies for this project but ultimately went with Dixie Total Home Maintenance for a number of reasons. They were the most reasonably priced but more importantly Joey was the only one who treated myself, my questions and my home with courtesy and respect. Items we needed done: drywall painting tile installation

She was getting her home ready for sale as her husband, a fine Navy man (as was I) was being stationed in Hawaii. She had a few items to take care of, but as usual for DIXIE, when folks see how we work and that we really mean it when we say we do not play they tend to add a thing or two. We had a storm during the time we were here that knock down a tree branch and had another one dangling above the neighbors shed. She was surprised to find that we also do tree work when it is a danger to life or property. She was told she needed a staircase outside of her patio. She had the builders special. You know. A piece of lumber across the door. Very attractive. It was done the same day. Overall she was a pleasure to work for and with. Its nice to be able to help folks get their homes ready for the market. And yes, we will give you advise on which things are going to give you the bang for the buck. In her case she was going to remove the tiles from the tub area. We saw the tiles were in great shape, just a bit dated. We suggested having them refinished. Walls and tub. We don't do that but we know an excellent guy who is right here on Angie. Please try to remember, you are selling. A fresh coat of paint and repairing the obvious things are one thing. There will be a home inspection. Thats when we shine. Unlike the other guys who say one call does it all, we mean it. Not to brag but in 2015 we helped a few folks get their house ready for sale. The average turn over after was within 3 weeks. Not that bad. So if you're selling let DIXIE help you get things ready. Thanks.

Joe and his team are great. Responsive and on time with calls and updates re: work to be done. He did a series of little jobs around the house for us--light carpentry, shelves, bathroom fixtures, updating/cleaning deck, fixing ceiling paint--water leak, and create a locker/entry way nook. Very knowledgeable, helpful and overall cool to work with. Work results held up. We called Dixie back in 2014 and again in 2015 (repeat means we really really liked the first job). We have moved since then and the work that they did and all the little things they fixed in the house eventually helped us sell the house faster.

It's been about a month since they finished their work and Dixie was fantastic. I really can't say enough good things about them. There was a lot of sanding, painting, and running new electric wiring and with all of that they were clean, quick, and professional. A+++++ for sure!
Description of Work: I had a lot of DIY projects around my house that I'd done around my house about 5 years ago. With time the flaws in my work really started to show through. I decided to find a professional to fix it all up.

DTHM was available in a few days after I requested their service. They showed up on time and performed the work professionally. They worked at the house for at least 4 hours and also spent additional time buying materials (approx. $20.00) at a hardware store. Joe and Rick were good communicators and enjoyable to converse with. I used their special Angieslist offer.
Description of Work: 1. Cleaned out the gutters (2 stories) 2. Secured a downspout 3. Secured gutters in 4 locations 4. Repaired wood panels which had rotted wood on both sides of the garage door 5. Repaired a wood panel near a gutter which had rotted wood

I purchased a $250 gutter cleaning from Dixie. I had used them previously so knew the service would be exceptional. Scheduling was easy, Joey was happy to schedule via email versus many providers who make me call them (I prefer email due to time constraints). They arrived right on schedule and told me that the gutter cleaning probably wouldn't take the full time I had paid for so they asked me to make a list of some other items I needed done in the house. Joe remembered me and my family from a previous visit and was solicitous of their well-being. He and Rick were respectful of my home and did great work. I could not ask for better contractors to work in my home and feel comfortable when they are here, even when my husband isn't home, which is a huge statement since I trust noone. I wholeheartedly recommend Dixie Total Home Maintenance and encourage anyone considering their services to schedule them today!
Description of Work: Gutter Cleaning then small odd jobs around the house to include fixing light fixture, evening out my countertop which was sagging at the joint, fixing the bathtub drain, etc.

I contacted DTHM and received an estimate for work as well as dates available to complete work. This was for a condo I own and rent. The unit above it had a leak that damaged my ceiling. My tenant was very anxious about completing work considering the holiday season. Joey and his team came in Monday and worked to get the drywall up and ready for paint the next day. They came back Tues. to paint. DTHM does not mark up materials and charges an hourly rate. This saved me money and I knew what was being purchased (material receipts were handed to me). I was in contact with DTHM before, during and after completion of job. I look forward to working with them again.

This one was kinda cool. We never met. She followed the directions on the message we leave on our phone. We chatted, got on the same page and went from there. The resident at her rental was concerned because it was the week of Christmas. But we got it done without interrupting her plans. And she paid right after she was billed. We never met but she is a Dixie regular now.

Now these are great folks. They have used us since they moved in. We helped them get their home inspection list done and helped them get thru some rather silly inspections. Now we are the one and only folks they call. But we earned that. In all honesty, we loved going here cause she always has a gift for us. Food, candy, and the last time she gave us a center piece for the holidays that went right on me newly build kitchen peninsula.

They reported to work promptly every morning ready to go, kept me informed of their progress and when I added work above what we originally wanted, it was never a problem. Very easy to work with and all workers are accommodating and friendly..They invited us to inspect the painting on the next to last day to find anything that we wanted corrected or changed.. All of the last day touch ups were great.! They took the lights down from the ceiling to sheet rock it and put in the new lighting fixtures when they were done. No matter what we wanted them to do , it was not a problem or something that they didn't do. I have already recommend them to a friend looking to do work at their homes and I would definitely use them again. 28 sheets of sheet rock installed 9 outlets changed to match wall color 2 new lighting fixtures installed Change electrical ceiling fan box to comply with electrical code Changed 4 ceiling lights out to led units
Description of Work: Covered popcorn ceilings and paneling with sheet rock, smoothed all rough surfaces, refinished hardwood floor,, change electric outlets and painted three rooms and hallway.

Now thats pretty cool. They gave a pretty good account of what we did. We went in thinking 5 days but we wound up spending 7. We it started as a painting / popcorn removal gig. As we went on they asked about other projects they had and if we did that. Yes. We really do "do it all". We also have the tools required. They always asked in the afternoon as they did the walk-thru. That gives us time to get the right tools and materials needed. We did a bit of everything. 1 covered popcorn ceiling with rock (large lvdm, dorm, kit., hall, bdrm) 2 spackled and taped same 3 prepped and caulked existing picture frames (located in lvdm, dorm, hall) 4 moved furniture, painted two color walls and ceilings in lvrm, dnrrm, kit, hall and bedroom 5 installed chiar rails and crown 6 upgraded light with LED inserts 6 removed / reinstalled / upgraded speakers, lighting, outlets, switches, dimmers, picture frames and out/sw plates 7 caulked existing crown molding 8 upgraded attic door trim 9 sanded, stained and urethane hardwood floor in foyer 10 found wire only poking thru ceiling. Installed ceiling box to house wire and bring to code At the end of each day we squared things away including sweeping the front of the home and in the morning we came with what was needed. They were great people who we wanted to make very happy. We even came and cleaned up for a day at no charge. They gave us a beautiful home so we wanted to give one back. They were very easy to work with. Another awesome member of Angie's army. Y'all are the best.
