Within 5 minutes of inquiring on this website I heard back from them. He arrived first thing on Monday and cleaned out the dryer vent. All is well!

Russ was on time. Very respectful and removed his shoes in my home. He even put a cage on the vent to prevent any birds from nesting in there. Cleaned up all the lint from the lawn before leaving.

He ran into problems with my vent cleaning, and it took several days to get it working, but worked until it was done. He cleaned up after it was done. Good work.

He came here to remove a birds nest from the dryer vent. He was not able to do that. It seems like he did, however, push the dang thing further back in the vent and now we cannot get it out or break it up. Not his fault, bad nest, been there for years it seem and he did try.

Russell is a great communicator. He answered my calls promptly and left no questions unanswered. He and his crew of two worked efficiently, got the job done thoroughly and cleaned up, leaving conditions as they were before they arrived. Russell even offered to move furniture back in place. I declined because I wanted to boldly clean where no others had cleaned before. Excellent job at a reasonable price.

Russ came out to clean my dryer vent. When he was done he also checked my 2 other exhaust vents at my request. He obliged me and was pleasant about it. Would absolutely recommend.
