Randy was very helpful fixed our microwave...very professional wore a mask the whole time.

Randy arrived at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem. He ordered the replacement part and returned to finish the repair. Prices were reasonable and Randy was very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Randy was GREAT! he was right on time, called me (as requested) when he was on his way to my house. He wore a mask (COVID reasons), he was very cordial and told us exactly what went wrong. A couple of days after he returned because the knob we purchased from Amazon was incorrectly and he stopped by to give us a new one. Overall I am very pleased and will hire him again for sure.

He care in following all of the best practices in light of COVID-19, was very affordable, quick to respond , and did the job well!

He was able to fit me into his schedule because it was somewhat of an emergency. He explained everything to me before he ordered the part, during the installation and after the job was completed. He gave me options on part of the repair that would save me some money. He was very nice and I was very comfortable with him as soon as I met him. We had a few laughs. Great guy and I will definitely be using him in the future

Randy called me within 10-15 minutes of my submitting refrigerator issue, alleviating my immediate concerns as to what had to be done. Date was scheduled; showed up on time, professional and price quite reasonable. Highly recommend Randy and will be letting my friends know too.

This was my first experience with Randy's Appliance Service, LLC. He responded very quickly when I put in my request and came out the next day. Unfortunately, it was during the pandemic. I was pleased that he arrived masked and was very careful in his approach. He walked me through the problem, ordered the part, and installed it with no problem. Identified the problem and remedy quickly and thoroughly. Was honest in stating potential obstacles in getting needed parts due to limited resources during the COVID-19 pandemic. Obtained parts in surprisingly short order and scheduled call. Made repairs and did additional PM work. Dryer up and running. Excellent job.

We contacted HomeAdvisor Saturday morning looking for a repair to our Whirpool wash machine....by 11am, we were contacted by Randy's Appliance and an appointment was sent for that Monday. They were prompt per our appointment window, and the repair was done in a professional matter. We would definitely use Randy's again for any appliance issue....thanks again!

I told Randy my mom's issue over the phone. I appreciated that Randy was honest enough to state that is sounded as if it would be better to ut the money towards a new refrigerator based on what I told him. However, my mother chose to still have the service call just to ease her mind. I feel that he is honest as he was willing to forgo the service call fee instead of trying to take advantage of her. She ended up buying a new refrigerator but the service fee was money well spent.
