 + -1 moreI am a disabled blind woman. This review is provided by a trusted associate. I hired FEH GLOBAL in July of 2023 to perform reconstruction on my home after a fire. At first, President Frederick Holman, appeared to be fair and professional. After I had provided certain instructions, specifically to not engage with my next door neighbor, Mr. Holman decided to engage with my next door neighbor, even going as far to use her electricity. After I confronted Holman, it was then that his composure changed. From that day forward, the work performed on my house was, for the majority, below builders' grade standards and far left field to what I had envisioned/instructed. With help from my trusted associates, I have detailed a total of 305 pages of evidence of FEH GLOBAL'S overall deplorable quality of work. After innumerable grievances issued, Mr. Holman still had the nerve to demand final payment and left the house categorically unfinished. Let the buyer beware of FEH GLOBAL!
Description of Work: The house was destroyed by a fire. The first contractor hired, Anvil Remediation and Reconstruction located in Willow Grove, PA, neglected to acquire proper permits, neglected to finish the job and eventually walked off with $50,000.00 in total after only performing 3 days worth of work. FEH GLOBAL was hired to do what Anvil was supposed to do and practically followed suit in properly completing the work instructed to my specifications. FEH quoted $174,900 for the job and I paid a total of $162,410 to date with a balance of $17,490.00 left over. Since Mr. Holman dishonorably refused to address a massive list of construction errors and issues needing correction, in protest, I contested paying the final balance and have done so to this day in filing necessary complaints against FEH GLOBAL CONSTRUCTION.
