I bought a Sunpower solar system from Tim Munson when he was working at a different installation company (that seems to have become inactive now).
Despite him moving on to newer opportunities, Tim has helped me multiple times over the last several months with submitting SRECs, and figuring out monitoring options in the wake of the Sunpower bankruptcy.
Irrespective of what happens in business - how you deal with someone personally matters a lot.

No pressure to purchase during our initial meeting. Once we decided to move forward, he was always prompt to respond to our many questions.
