The price for the service was excellent and Russ was very personable and professional. I am satisfied with the service that I received. The only difficulty was in scheduling. It took several weeks before we could identify a date and time Russ could come and when he arrived he did not have the proper equipment. He apologized and returned within a reasonable amount of time to complete the job. Part of the scheduling difficulty had to do with my schedule. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the price.

Quick turnaround, on time and a professional job. We were completely pleased with Russ and his assistant and would recommend the service to anyone looking to have their air duct system cleaned.

Russ arrived promptly on the date promised. He was very professional and explained the process to me as he surveyed the vents. He worked for about three hours thoroughly cleaning the vents and blowing all the gunk and debris out. He cleaned up carefully when he was finished and my husband and I were very pleased and felt for the price this deal couldn't be beat!

He was able to accommodate me. The vents had never really been clean but he did a very thorough job. He is a good man with a reasonable price and does a good job.

Russ was on time, and he andhis assistant were very professional. He explained what he was going to do before he started the work. As he was doing the job, he gave me updates along the way explaining which vents were worse than others. The dryer vent was in bad shape and he had to use a number of tools to clean it all out. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me some tips for how often I should be cleaning it going forward. I would absolutely hire Russ and his assistant again and will be recommending them to family and friends!

This was a second time using them. The first time they came to my condo two years ago, I loved their work. So I went to hire them again. Russ spoke to me, we set up the appointment, and he never showed. He didn't call to say he wasn't coming, he hasn't called since to explain. I tried leaving several messages on his answering machine, but it was full, and so it rejected those calls. I sent him an email, still no response. I am reluctant to give the F because of a prior excellent experience. I wish I knew what happened?

Russ was great as well as his helper ! When I called he scheduled me quick and got here on time. Was very professional, super friendly and got the job done..left the house clean and smelling fresh. I would recommend Russ to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned and I will absolutely use him again in the future !!

They showed up on time and really spent a lot of time and effort making sure that all ducts and dryer vent were cleaned properly. I was very impressed with the job that they did and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Russ was excellent. My dryer was taking a very long time to dry. He did the initial cleaning and then said if it still wasn't working call him and he would come back to see if there might be other places to check. He came back and spent another hour cleaning out the vents again. He did the second visit at no charge. He was able to easily meet my schedule. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

He was prompt, very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. I am very satisfied with the experience.

THey never called or responded to my Angie's List email. Rated "F" for non-professionalism.

Called Monday for a Wednesday appointment, owner told me they be there around two o'clock on Wednesday- they did not show up or call me. I was especially mad cause I took the day off to be home for the service.

The man was quick, professional and courteous.He was thourogh and the work was completed well.

They were are very polite and professonal. They worked for almost 3 hours and left no trace behind except for fresh smelling air.

Overall, the work was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Compared to other companies, the price was very reasonable.

Owner Bill Russell returned my call on the same day I had left a message and was very flexible in scheduling an appt. He came out within the next two days and was very thorough in the cleaning of our dryer vent. He double checked all his work and offered to stand by his work should we have any problems. Th dryer is working great and I would definitely hire him again.

They arrived at the agreed upon date and time, and performed their work in a professional manner. After cleaning the air ducts, they replaced the furniture in its original position. They added a screen to the outside of the dryer vent, to keep birds from entering, at no extra cost. Their work was much neater and cleaner than that of companies we have employed in the past. As a result of their work, we are no longer chasing "dust bunnies" around our hardwood floors, the furniture doesn't collect dust immediately after being dusted, and the clothes are drying much faster than previously. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs this type of work done.

, First of all, the gentleman who owns this company spoke with me and arranged to do the work within the next few days. He and his assistant came right on time, well prepared and spent three hours cleaning vents throughout. (I have a small condo, they really cleaned the vents). They were very neat, very detailed, cleaned up after themselves, inside and out. Having this done is a safety issue, but he also informed me that it was an energy issue. With the Dryer vents cleaned out, things in my dryer should dry faster. I dreaded having this done because I thought that the equipment would ruin my floors, or they would leave the grates hanging from the ceilings (prior company). These guys left nothing but clean air in their wake. I would absolutely recommend them, especially if you live in a condo. The equipment was very do-able.
