Description of Work: They showed up on time for the first appointment. After he surveyed the house the equipment he wanted to use was supposedly being repaired. He had to come back 4 days later. They snaked the supplies and returns from the basement and 2 returns on the main floor. They never went to the 2nd floor to the returns or supplies. Not sure if that is all that normal. After they left I had to have them come back to patch the access hole they made but forgot to close. Also found a piece of duct cutout they didn't pickup. They were clean and courteous and very careful going through the house. For the price they did a nice job.

Description of Work: I had requested my dryer vent and the vents in my house to be cleaned. When he looked at the house vents he said they didn't need to be cleaned after all and did not charge me for that service. Which I was pleased for him not to do a service that wasn't needed.
