Great! The contractor was super friendly. Assessed and fixed it all in under an hour! So professional and even wore booties every time he came in the house.

Everything went smoothly and very punctual. Price was reasonable compared to other companies.

Great, as always! We have had Bovio come out to our house half a dozen times for various repairs, including two times for emergencies (plumbing + water heater). Everyone is always excellent. Prompt, courteous, and highly skilled. (Added bonus: everyone likes our dog, which is always a plus for us when judging character!)

Very well. If we had not had work done, we would have had a fire. This is a fan/light that was a shoddy install by a handyman who has since gone into another profession.

They’re good. I was away on travel and my wife called me and said the heater had stopped working, and if memory serves, it was actually cold that day so, I came back. We had a contract with another heating company. The other heating company came out and inspected it and said that we were going to need a new heater. So, we called these guys from Bovio just to see for a second opinion, you get a second price. The guy came out and he said, “there is nothing wrong with the heater!” Mine you, this was going to be a $10,000 to $15,000 job we are talking about for a new heater and they wanted to give us an air conditioner too. So, the guy from Bovio came out and said, “did the guy check the circuit breaker?” So, he checked the circuit breaker and the heater started working again. He gave us an estimate for replacing the heater. He recommended that we do replace it because the heater was very old. He said it was better to replace it when you are ready to replace it, rather than wait till you are forced to replace it in an emergency. He said, “however, it doesn’t need replaced right now!” All he had to do was fix the circuit breaker thing and it started working again. He is a professional because he didn’t want to say anything bad about the other company. In light of what the price could have been it was very reasonable. It was probably $100 or something, maybe less. We are actually thinking about replacing the heater through them.

I called them because my tenant was having an issue with the heat. They said it would be $89. to come out. From my past experience with several different service companies, they charge you a fee to come out and determine the issue. If they repair the problem the either waive the service call charge deduct it from the total amount. NOT Rubino. Not only did he charge me the 89. but he the charge me 125 (based on a 250 per hr fee) to tell me the thermostat was bad. He then wanted to charge me another 135 to replace the thermostat. My husband ended up going to Lowes and paying 50 for a new thermostat and putting it in myself. I would have had no issue with paying the 89 for him to come out and diagnosis the problem but $228!!!! Needless to say I will NEVER use them again

Everything went fine. Project morphed into larger issues that required a second call but that was unavoidable and the project was completed to my satisfaction.

I thought the price was fair. They are responsive, and call back right away, especially in an emergency. The technician called to let me know he was on his way. They were fantastic. He explained everything he was going to do and what the problems were. We talked about price and he gave me options for discounts. It was great. He cleaned up after himself. Everything was wonderful.

Repairs and install took about 2 hours. The technician was prompt, courteous and explained everything clearly. Tom offered alternatives, as applicable, to help curb the costs. The Bovio team responded quickly and was able to accommodate my schedule.

I purchased the Deal for $98 Service call plus one "hour" labor. The Plummer came accessed the situation, stated that he did not have the part needed and had to leave and return. He returned with the necessary parts, and replaced them all within the one hour time frame, (47 minutes), but I was still charged an additional $208.56. The drain plug to hold and release water from the tub is cheap and will not stay up while taking a shower and no new caulk was placed around it. Also a wall in my hall had to be cut to gain access was replaced but not taped or repaired to the point that I would only have to paint.

I called because I was getting a beeping noise, which I thought was my carbon monoxide detector going off. I changed the batteries twice (they were a fresh unopened pack). I mentioned to the service person my concerns about carbon monoxide and asked him to check it; it seemed to beep when the heater fan come on, although it did not beep during his visit. He said he did not find anything wrong that would cause it to beep.

They were nice, knew what they were doing, and I asked them to double check the pipe and they did it. They were very professional.

The came on time as promised, and Bob is a really nice guy.

I would not use them for plumbing, only heating and air conditioning. It appeared he repaired it. He was very professional. He told me what was wrong. It appeared to be repaired. Another leak developed, and I can't see where its coming from. I will have someone else come in, and look at it.

I had to call them back again to fix the leak after the first time and now I got another leak there so I wont be calling them back. I had to call them back twice, they did the job and the leak started again I had to call them back appear they fix it then it appear now there's a leak in another place after they fix that.

Excellent. No pressure salesman and clean and efficient instalation
