Steve was industrious and friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. He replaced plumbing parts which needed replacing, but which were not part of the original agreement. He did an excellent job!

Great! Technicians were very professional and informative. The company kept me informed via email with names & pictures of the techs that were coming out.

They guy was very meticulous but when he pulled out the old toilet the water was still dripping and he needed to go through my master bedroom I said no. He had to get a plastic bag. I don't know that I'll use them again because it was very high priced. They do good work but they are priced high. The plumber that came and did the work was a young kid, he was very good. I had no problem with their responsiveness. They are a good company. Their prices are just high. They came on time. The time that they said they would be here.

The plumber was very professional and noted other potential long term fixes I may need in the future with a no pressure quote.

Bovio (Jim) came out to give an estimate for repairing a waterline for new dishwasher installation and connecting gas line for stove. (Jim was on time even a little early). Bovio was able to schedule service next day. Steve was tech and showed up in scheduled window and polite. He fixed my waterline connection and installed my gas line for stove. Checked stove and dishwasher to ensure they worked. In addition, Steve checked my water heater for free and offered some advice on other plumbing needs. All in all very happy happy with the service and would recommend them. Felt pricing was a little high $391 for 1 hr of labor and parts, but got what I needed done, on-time, done right, wife is happy!

It went well. He explained to me what the issue was and what he had to do to resolve it.

I chose Rubino because of their responsiveness and I have used them before and there were good. They fixed my problems and never had issues.The workers were good, they were professional, and they respected the house.

We have been using them for years. They check twice a year with a service agreement for the heating and air conditioning. We have a service agreement with them, they put in our heater and air conditioner. They follow up twice a year. I think they’re comparable. They’re not the lowest price, but I think they’re comparable to what’s out in the market. I’ve found them to be very responsive. Before we had the new air conditioning put in, they worked with us to sort of nurse the old air conditioner for a period of maybe 2 years. Then there was no high pressure. They worked with us to kind of put that off till we were ready, which I appreciated. If there has been any problems they’re very prompt in coming out.

Professional work with timely installation of fairly priced, good quality system. System requirements and choices clearly explained beforehand. Very pleased with outcome.

I chose Bovio due to the fact that they were highly rated in my area on Angie's List. Unfortunately, this particular experience was unlike any I have had when choosing an Angie's List company, and that is why I feel the need to write a review to prevent someone from experiencing what we went through. The Bovio technician came out to service our AC unit on a Tuesday, replaced our condenser fan motor, capacitor, and sold us on the Air Scrubber - the total $2,500.00. Two days later the entire AC unit was shaking and I called them out again, and a new technician said that we were told that we needed to replace the entire AC unit from the original technician, and that work should not have been done but they only performed it due to our mention of 'do whatever needs to be done to not replace the entire AC Unit' (which is a completely false accusation, especially since it cost $2,500 for the "cheaper option." The technician that came out the second time was very professional and took pictures and said they would credit the work done and take that off for a brand new AC unit. I had to call their office for two days after not receiving a quote and no response. I had someone call back and said they would email me their quote and I NEVER received it. After all that, we lost out on $2,500 dollars and went with another company to replace our AC unit. Never again would I ever use or refer this company, I have never had an experience like this, and I hope this message prevents someone else from the same experience.

We've used them for years. We've always been happy with them. They've always been very professional. The price could always be cheaper. They've always been very good with us. They do plumbing too which is new within the last year or so.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

He came and saw that most everything was in working order. The Freon was low and I let him know that someone did fill it about 3 years ago, so it sounds like there is a small leak. He filled the Freon and put in some solution to help fill potential leaks as well as a dye so it can be diagnosed further if it continues. All in all, he was professional and did what I hired him to do.

Disposal installation went well. No issues.

Overall it went very well. The person they sent out knew his business. He fixed both problems quickly, quietly, without any mess and meeting or exceeding my expectations. He was professional but friendly. Yet he didn't let small talk slow him down any. There was no bill padding. So, why not an A? He very nearly deserves it. I want to give it to him but there are 2 things I just can't let go. Maybe it's just me but here we go. First, he worked on my toilet with his bare hands. Grabbing all parts of the toilet including the inside of the bowl, the inside of the pipes, the wax seal, etc. Now I keep the toilet clean but still. Then, he handed me his tablet to sign. Shook my hand. Things like that. Did not wash his hands. The other thing, the company charges a high fee, about $90, for an estimate. I understand that even if they don't do the job it still costs them to send someone out to look it over. So I understand this fee. But I'm used to dealing companies that roll this fee into the cost of the job if they do the work. This company does not. The estimate fee is above and beyond any work they do. Overall though, excellent work. In spite of the estimate fee, the price was still fair for the work done. I will definitely use this company again. But if they send out the same guy, I will have to insist on him washing his hands before and after.

Repaired the leak - recommended option to plunging the bathtub.

Tech was here within the time frame given ran the air conditioner made some adjustments checked the outside condensor was professinal clean and put everything back in order
