Description of Work: Bovio technician came right at the start of the 2 hour window the Customer Service representative had given me. Technician diagnosed the problem with our HVAC blower fan in less than 5 minutes, then at no additional cost did a quick but thorough diagnostic on our gas furnace burners to ensure the heating cycle on our HVAC system is still functioning at optimum acceptable levels, which the Technician indicated the system is. We were only charged the basic onsite service charge ($98), proving once again that Bovio has always provided us super excellent service!

Description of Work: I paid for cleaning and inspection of my heating system. I was not there but was told that the technician was on time, very professional, courteous and thorough. I am very happy with his work. However, I called the office the next day because my invoice noted that the heater was inspected but I didn't see anything about the cleaning so I wanted to make sure that the heater was cleaned as well. I spoke with a woman who said she would check it and call me back later that day but she never did. All in all, I am very happy with the work performed by the technician but was disappointed that the person in the office never got back to me with the information I wanted.
