The Team at bovio's were on time every day , they took great pride in there work and they were very neat and took great care of our home while they were working here, they were extremely neat and clean The added insulation and air sealing that lowered our utility costs and have made our home very comfortable all year . I will use bovio's services for all my future needs

We showed him the door, and went with RC. They use Rheem (#1 in US), their prices are much better, and everyone we dealt with there was a pleasure to work with. Avoid this bozo, and go with RC

Was referred this company by a family member and at first was very happy. They helped with my AC and also with the installation of a new garbage disposal. Both technicians told me that I would be refunded their trip fee if i used their company to complete the job. So their trip fee was 95.23 (inc tax ). I was not given credit for the 2 trip fee's for each job ( ac and pluming ) totaling $190.46. The AC has been working fine but the plummer took apart part of the cabinet under the sink to make it easier for him to install the garbage disposal and did a horrible job putting it back together. He even broke a piece off of it. He did not make us aware that he needed to take apart the cabinet to do the installation. I put one in myself and was able to do install the unit with out taking this apart. I felt deceived by the technician when those trip fee checks were cashed after I had already paid them in full for their work. I understand the trip fee concept. No one wants to drive around and give out estimates all day. If you tell a customer that I will be crediting that amount of the trip fee off the cost of the job, i either expect that or to not cash the check that I gave for both fee's well after the work was completed.

Experience went well overall.

We had used them in the past. It went very well. I couldn't have asked for anything better. On Tuesday, a rep came out and by the end of the week, we had it installed.

Great service. On 8/3, a technician, came in one hour after the call and recommended to change the filter. I replaced the filter, but the air conditioner continued to leak. Called back on 8/6 and the technician, came the same day and resolved the issue with no charge. A= Excellent.

They were very professional and very thoughtful, and they were available to answer our questions whenever we needed them. They did clean work, too. Furthermore, they worked us into their schedule since the air conditioner broke down during a heat wave.

I would use them again in the future.

The job went surprisingly quickly, considering the amount of work to be done. The workmen were very accommodating, and there was minimal inconvenience. This project started a year earlier, when I had 2 different HVAC contractors in to do energy audits, and told them about the MBR being much colder in the winter & warmer in the summer, than the other rooms in that zone. Both of those other contractors totally ignored my specific iissue, and came out with $40K "recommendations" to pretty much replace all the HVAC equipment, to "take advantage of the Energy Saver Program"! I felt they were taking advantage of the system, and chose not to proceed. The following year, the state agency asked why I hadn't proceeded with my Energy Saver project, and I expressed my concern about those 2 contractors' self-serving proposals, and they recommended Bovio .. although they're not near me at all. Since they had a large job in my area, they were willing to work with me. Unlike the other contractors, Brian used a heat sensor to see where there were heat losses in the house, and immediately identified the problem with the MBR. The ductwork in the attic was neatly run around the perimeter .. but that made the runs much longer & created unnecessary line losses .. which his redesign corrected. He did the whole energy audit as well, but was much more realistic about tackling the work that needed to be done immediately, and leaving the HVAC equipment replacement until it was really necessary. .

Perfect from beginning to end. Estimates, options, layout, installation, follow up. Every person was professional & knowledgable. Recommended to others. On time, fair price nice people.

Smooth installation from start to finish.

He had worked for me before and has done a great job. He comes out when he says he's going to come out. He says his price and works for that price. He is very good. Couple of times the owner had come out, which was great.

They have been fine. They are very good and reasonable. When we first called them our air conditioner wasn’t working and it was in the middle of the summer. They were the only ones that could come out.

Most of the time, they have been very good. One good thing about them is that they are local.

They did a good job. I have nothing negative.

We purchased an air conditioner from them, and it consistently had problems for 10 years. However, it was under warranty, and they never charged for the service calls that they performed.

I had a number of people give me estimates. I have already narrowed it down and I will not be using Rubino. Turns out there were some things missing in the estimate; it wasn’t itemized. The other estimate I knew what I would be paying for and the breakdown of the work. They did work for me in the past; they put the original AC unit in the house as well as did the service maintenance. I have not always been satisfied.

They did install the heater, but the warranty company failed to pay for the service. Thus, I had to pay the full $875.00. I tried to have them combine both bills, but they would not accomodate me.

We ended up going with someone because they were too high.

Their service was fine, but we found them to be expensive.

They are very good. My parents had used them for years. We started using them when we bought a house.

They were the most responsive off all the other companies I contacted. They were willing to do the job properly. They were very professional. They weren't the lowest priced company but they provided high quality work.

The company is family-owned. They are very knowledgeable.
