Bovio Rubino Service

Everything went great. Bob arrived and was very courteous, friendly, and honest. He performed all services as noted on the original Deal posting. I would definitely use them again!

The sales person, Mike Rubins was knowledgeable, answered my questions fully, listened to me, did not try to sell me something I didn't need, professional and good person.

Very responsive and punctual. They replaced a small part in my compressor unit. A quick Google search revealed the part only costs $75. They were here for a literal 20 minutes. However, with their $89 service call charge, the bill was over $400. Their service fee is higher than others in the area and I should've looked at the "price" rating that other reviewers gave them. Seems their good overall except in price.

I had been scheduled for this maintenance several weeks ago but it got into the 90%several days prior. Liz called and politely asked if I could reschedule so they could help the many people without air conditioning first. I was comfortable in my home so I said take care of them and she was able to give me another date that could fit my schedule. I appreciated the effort this company went to effectively prioritizing the needs of their customers. Michael showed up in a timely manner, was very professional and polite. He took his time to measure and record the data that helps them determine that the system is operating properly. We run our air regularly and want to insure it is in good operating condition. He also replaced my high efficiency filter so my family who suffers with asthma and allergies can breathe easily for the next year. Thanks, Great job by all at Rubino! We'll do this again in the fall, without the filter!

He took his time, cleaned out the outside unit, and made his measurements. Everything checked out ok. He acted in a professional manner.

I contacted Bovio yesterday via Angie's List. They contacted me and came out today to do the work. This is the second time I have used Bovio and I have been very impressed both times!

Overall a good experience. Excellent value in the service deals from Angie's List. I thought the price for the fan motor replacement was a bit excessive. I rated the pricing a B because of the high price on the fan motor. Responsiveness to the initial service was very good but I rated their responsiveness a "B" for lack of follow up on the request for their Free Home Energy Audit service. I included a request for this service in our initial email exchange and followed up with a verbal request for the service when I confirmed the scheduling. I was told the Home Energy Audits were handled by someone else and that they would ask them to contact me.

The process went quite well. 2 young gentlemen showed up, on time, and finished ahead of schedule. Post job...my furnace failed inspection, according to the electrical inspector, but in all honesty; I sincerely feel this was due to the subject inspector feeling the need to just "find something wrong", to justify his/her job security. Specifically; the infraction was something that had to do with one of the hose clamps, on the furnace (being too long...too much excess...on the length of the clamp, or something knit-picky, like that). ...just an overly anal inspector; is my guess. In any case; upon informing Bovio, they immediately scheduled a 'fix-it' follow-up visit.

These guys were truly great on every level. They figured out what we needed, informed us about federal energy conservation programs that saved us thousands of dollars while providing us with a superior system.

Air conditioner problems and after the hot water was done, we had discoloration in the water. They came back the next day, flushed it and everything was okay.

Very professional and affable man came, checked the air conditioning, explained what he had done. He was prompt and clean. We would use them again.

They showed up right on time and worked efficiently. They did all of the work in one (long) day! They cleaned up everything when they were finished.

My sister was happy. She was unhappy with some of the things, and then she talked to them and they came back and helped fix whatever the issues were that she had. They did come when they said they would. They were very professional.

Excellent. Small condo requiring a lot of work, all services were performed by licensed electricians and plumber (gas line). Many workers here but they were all congenial and did their jobs expertly. They were all punctual and very responsive to my questions and needs. Everything they promised was delivered and I am extremely pleased with their work.

My experience has been nothing but the best. He charged me for the visit which was understandable. They always come in the spring and fall to do my typical change of filters and whatever for the heating and air conditioning. They also put in my heating and air conditioning. I have learned over the years that you get what you pay for regarding their prices. I will absolutely continue to use them.

An on/off switch for the heating and air conditioning system was installed incorrectly when they did the original install which ended up costing me at least $500. They also did other electrical work involving my circuit breaker box. They were professional, but I was highly irritated when they did the little $2 switch the first time, it was not put where it should have been and their electrical installation was against code. I would not trust them electrically in the future.

We are very happy with them and have an appointment with them to come out and service our air conditioner. Prior to that they were here for our fall furnace service. Their price is very reasonable. They do the job and are very good.

It turned out really well. I have used them for at least 15 years and they are dependable. They will come quickly if I have an emergency and do good work. They come out twice a year for seasonal service. When I call up it is fairly easy to get a human; that is a positive feature. I have a yearly service contract which also gives me a discount for repairs. They put plastic booties on their feet when they come in.

It's always awesome. They are always terrific. They've done a lot of work for us. They are a good company. They have all the latest technology and the technicians are up to date on how to service that latest air conditioning and hot water heaters. They are knowledgeable. They show up on time. They are trustworthy. They are definitely a good company. I will tell you that they are a little pricey. The servicing that they do is a little pricey. They did our whole, entire system, which was probably about 10 years ago. I would say that they are probably a little bit more higher priced, but I think that it's worth it for knowing that you can trust the company and that they are there for you anytime that you want them to. They are trustworthy, so I think it's worth it. You know what else they do that is so nice, they put these booties on. They do it automatically, even if they're just are going to come in for one second. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anybody that asks.

I have had Rubino Service Co for quite a few years. We did the ac a year ago. The heating was about 5 years ago. We've had them for quite a few years now. I don't have, if anything they are not a hard sell, they worked with us and the air conditioner was 25 years old that we had. They worked with extending it as much as possible. It wasn't like they right away are trying to sell you something. I had no complaints about them at all. I have had problems. When something gets murked they have come out on a weekend. We do it as a contract but I really can't complain. We did price 2 other companies and they were comparable companies. They are in line with everyone else. I am very comfortable with them, even if they were like a couple of hundred more, I would rather go with them just with the years of experience with them.

They're thorough and if there's something that's needed, they let us know. We've had no issues with their services.

Had previously used company for seasonal check up and shortly after water heater started leaking. Called them back out and they came same day and scheduled repair for later that day. They arrived at the schedule time and completed job within scheduled window. They cleaned up everything and the laundry room looked exactly the same with the exception of the new heater. Showed me how to light pilot in the event it goes out. Everything went extremely smoothly.
