This service was worth every penny. We purchased the home recently and the AC unit is older and was not operating very well. I originally purchased a tune up and the tech discovered the unit was missing 1+ pounds of refrigerant. The difference after the service is night and day. Before the service the unit would struggle the cool the house and it would run almost continuously. Now, the unit is almost too cold and it will now be able to cool the house and then shut off. This is going to save me tons of money in the long run.

During that inspection they found a crack in the furnace that could have put our entire family at risk. The furnace was under warranty and when we called the warranty people out to repair the furnace they claimed there was no crack. It was only after the pilot light went out two more times that the company the warranty people sent out found the crack. Bovio found it without even being told to look for one. We only used Bovio for HVAC after that experience.

Arrived promptly. Performed service as agreed except for the fact that I had to provide a replacement filter (my size wasn't stocked on truck).Suggested a couple of changes to the piping which seemed expensive

He was right on time, was completely professional. Told me exactly what he was going to do - which I always appreciate. After he checked the various systems he informed me of the results and asked me if I wanted to see exactly what he did. He also informed me of things I can do to keep my unit working properly.

After receiving several estimates from various companies, Rubino was able to do what we wanted. The price was average, but we were able to take advantage of a manufacturer rebate and government incentives. The service was punctual and professional. A quality control representative came out very shortly after installation and took care of a few odds and ends. Very friendly and we are very happy customers.

They came came out and gave me quote on the original plumbing job that I ended using another company for. But when they came out to give me a quote, they and they seemed decent but not what I needed at the time. They came when they were supposed to come out and did the job well. They weren't the cheapest.

I got suckered into it because Bovio did a great job replacing my sub pump and the pricing was fair. I found out about this company on Angieslist. Last year I got birds nesting in my bathroom fan ducking on the side of the house. I called several companies and no one really had a service to address this issue. Since Bovio is a plumbing company and I used them before.. I called them because if I needed a bathroom fan replaced or installed they would do it. The woman on the phone was clueless on how to handle my request I needed the bird nest removed and a new bathroom fan vent installed(one that would keep the birds out) she told me it would be $96.00(90 something) for an estimate I was stuck needed it done no one else to do it so I said ok.... Mike Senski comes out takes a look at it and tells me he has to go back to the shop when he comes back he warns me that this will cost 285.00 plus tax again I am stuck so although its extremely high I still said ok... Mike ends up not being able to get the nest out and just replaces the fan vent and still charges the $285.00 so now I have a $300.00 white plastic bathroom fan vent that cost maybe $15.... and only a part of problem was fixed now I have to figure out a clever way to get this nest out... and I am out of $300.00 The price of this service was unacceptable and when Mike realized he wasn't getting the nest out to still charge me $304.95 with tax for a 15min job replacing a vent cap makes me feel like I was taken advantage of... and that's not good its like they didn't want to do it so they raised the price (price gouging)... clearly I expected to pay maybe $150 which again is high but is more reasonable .... bottom line I was OVER CHARGED and this great company had no problem taken advantage of their customer... a customer that was very pleased with their previous job (replacing a sub pump).... I have to say overall = F... because the cost of the service over shadowed all the other good things they did... Mike did give me the option so I guess its my fault but be careful with this company they are not human they will take advantage of the little guy if given a chance... Last year I gave this company a great review because I was very happy with their service and product and for the replacement of my sub pump I want to say I would use them again but for this kind of service (misc service) they are terrible... unreasonable pricing for service and product supplied... Will NOT recommend them for a misc. service like this... I am sure Mike knew I was being over charged and I believe it was his opportunity to help the customer by pushing back on the cost especially when it was clear he wasn't getting the nest out... that would've been GREAT customer service... instead they chose to take advantage of the little guy... I said I would use them again for the sub pump work but honestly I may try Horizon or another company because of this experience... this experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I don't see using them again as a result... lesson learned...

I was very happy with the service I received from Bovio Heating & A/C. When I placed a call to them, I spoke with Kate to schedule an appointment and she was very courteous and professional. On the day of service, Al arrived on time and completed the work without any issues.

They called after a week but I signed a contract with another company.

Joe from Rubino walked me through the options and conducted the energy audit before and after the installation to show the improvement in the house's energy efficiency. He helped make sense of the pros and cons of different types of systems, and didn't sell me a system that was more than my house's size needed -- unlike two other competitor quotes I got. The workers were professional. When I had an issue with one thing, the team came back out the next day and resolved it. Would highly recommend.

They were okay. There wasn’t anything that stood out. My interaction with them was minimal. They inspected it but I didn’t get a whole lot out of it. I didn’t spend anything extra.

From the people who installed the equipment to the salesman, everyone was pleasant and professional and helpful with explanations.

1. Contractor was not resposive after filling of the forms for loan and installation. Had to call multiple times to the sales represetative to find out status of loan application. Contractor sent the application file to the loan provideer provider after 3 weeks of sending completed. No one explained why there was delay. 2. Receptionist told on phone that application file was sent to the loan agency. Loan agency when contacted told me by email that file is still with the contractor. 2. Sales rep and person who scheduled the first appointment did not explain that it will take 2 + 2 days to install furnace, AC and heater (intially told that it will be done in 2 days). Plumbing team will not work together with furnance and AC team. On the day of furnace installation - was told by the technician to schedule another appointement for heater installation. Had to take extra 2 days of time off from work as an emergency. Contractor did not call ahead of time to schedule heater installation. Had to call to set this appointment. 3. Heater installer left furnance water pump not connected after finishing installation. Since space was tight, furnace water pump had to be removed from its location. Saw water leaking at evening after coming back from work. Contractor did send technicial to fix the problem. 4. One week after using the heater, no hot water at house today. Called contractor to request a technician. Was told to pay extra time to the technician if they visit at evening hours. Technican will visit tomorrow. Had to take another two hours of work time and live without hot water for another day in winter after installing $10,600 system from the contractor.

Very well. Our salesman Joe was fantastic. He walked us through all the steps of what to expect after selecting the best option for our house. His installation team was on time, couteous, extremely neat and worked quickly. The new HVAC system was installed in one day. The sealing and insullation was installed on day 2. The house was then tested again for Energy Efficiency and to be sure the required results were found. We had one small issue and Joe handled it perfectly. One of our folding tables in the basement laundry area got glue on it that started to eat at the top of the folding table. Joe replaced the folding table no questions asked. The state kept having Joe refile paperwork with small changes here and there. Joe called and came out to review the small changes each time being extremely thorough. We love our new HVAC system and have better savings on our bills than predicted by Joe. After 5 months the hot water heater had an issue. A technichian came out immediately and resolved the issue. He was extremely courteous and explained what was happening and how he fixed it. I have already recommend Rubino Service Company to my neighbors and one neighbor also replaced their HVAC system like we did.

Made an appointment with Bovio for the special fall maintenance on our gas furnace. The technician arrived on time and performed maintenance on the furnace. Everything was done in a very professional manner and I am very pleased with the service performed. I would definitely use them again!

It took awhile to hear back from him, but once I reached out to them I was told it would be a few more days for estimate. The cost was much higher than I was expecting.

We first phoned the provider to have someone come and give us an estimate for spray foam insulation. The first appointment for the estimate was missed completely and we had to followup with the provider the next day to find out what happened. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week and Ralph was dispatched to come to our home. He showed up late for the next appointment. He then promised to have an emailed quote sent by that weekend (3 days later). It never came. We followed up with an email, and received no response. One final email requesting the estimate was sent and we still have heard nothing. If we cannot get a simple estimate sent to us, or have someone show up on time for an appointment, it does not give us much faith in their ability to get the job done and do it correctly. We will not contact this provider again.

It went pretty well. They were responsive and I used them for additional services.
