It went very well, their technician was great!

The process from beginning to end went very well. Mr. Bovio sat down with me and went through every option very clearly, including options to apply for a state energy program. His team was responsive and easy to work with.

They were on time and professional doing everything quickly.

I called on Saturday morning and spoke to answering service. There was no plumber on call. She did call his cell phone to try to get him to call her back, but, apparently he did not do so - I never received a call back from answering service or plumber (it is now ~4 hours later). I gave an "A" rating for professionalism based on the answering service staff, but had no interaction with company itself.

Listed on Angie's List as "24/7" - when I called on Saturday morning, I was told Monday-Friday.

They didn't do the kind of work we needed...

They had to come back because, it wasn't done quite right the first time. In the end it was OK. There was an additional charge, but for me, I wasn't quite sure what the charge was for. It was an additional $15. Their attention to detail could have been better.

Completed the job fairly quickly but needed a return visit to repair small leak of gas. Returned and found leak and it was promptly repaired at no charge.

Very well! The two men were polite, personable and professional! They laid tarps down to protect the rugs. They completed the work in a timely manner. I would hire Bovio for other jobs.

Crew showed up early and were waiting in my driveway. Whole crew was very professional. Did very nice work and after they had left they totally cleaned up after themselves. Couple of minor issues that they resolved with no problem. First issue was that the salesperson said that they would put the outside unit on 2 of the plastic bases to raise up the unit to help prevent the lawn service from weed-wacking the coils. When I informed the crew they immediately called their warehouse and they had the 2nd platform sent out. The other issue was that the heating unit coils fell out and onto the ground and they were concerned that if they installed the unit that it could be an issue so they also had another new unit delivered right away and installed the new unit. The crew were courteous and professional.

Great...signed a maintenance agreement for HVAC system because I was pleased with professional way they handled the job.

Called in the morning for an appointment to have someone do a tune-up on my 20 yr old AC system. Shea King showed up on-time and was a complete professional. He used easy to understand terminology and even wore little shoe covers when transitioning between in the house and outside. AC unit is now running perfectly!

Bovio came out within an hour and had it fixed in no time.

THeir technician came and replaced a dual capacitor that cost $9.00 at Home Depot with 20 minutes of service to have it replace. THey charged me $307 dollars for the part, plus $109 for service , total of $445 including tax, even with half of that I consider that is a ripoff. I will never use them again, I wish I read more comments on general question answers and get more quotes from several company t compare.

The audit went well and Bovio's staff is very nice. The inspector that came out was friendly, explained everything well and answered all my questions. A different person came back to review the results of the audit and proposed work, including state rebate and financing programs, and was also friendly and knowledgeable. As it was a sizable job (for me anyway - high 4 figures), I wound up using another highly rated company based on pricing. However, I would go back to Bovio for a proposal on any future HVAC work.

They were easy to make an appointment with and arrived on time for both maintenance appointments. They were professional and explained the system tests that they would perform. They also emailed a report indication whether each component of the system passed their inspection. I've been having these systems maintenance checks done for the last 8 years. Bovio's were the most thorough system checks. The price was also very good when compared to other HVAC companies.

They did a fantastic job. They didn't skimp on services, but they were able to save money by being creative and thorough.

The office who scheduled service were courteous and willing to work with my schedule. The plumber who repaired my leak was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different grades of materials so I was aware in the future when making plumbing repairs. Probably the best plumbing experience I have had. Costs were about half what I have paid for the same repairs in the past with previous plumbers. Very good experience.

Salesman came out. On time, very nice. Gave me 4 different quotes. I thought they were kind of high then I asked how much to replace the hot water heater. $1300 he said. I thought I can get one at home depot for around 400. That would mean a 300 % labor mark up. Made me think again about the quotes and began to think they are over inflated. Decided not to use them.

Horrible! First of all buyers beware! This company is only in business to sell you huge financial loans. They first come in your house and look for others things that needs to be replaced to hike up the price of sale for them. If you just want installation they will try to sell your air conditioners, furnaces, knot water heaters and so on and then only push financing as if paying out of pocket is something of a foreign language. They will push something like you can get all of this for $10,000.00 and all you would have to pay out of pocket is $60.00 a month nothing down for only 7 years. I don' to know about you but that is crazy! By the way, do not accept their proposal until after you know the TES (total energy savings)if your trying to get insulation. If you sign the contract and they don't give you the TES until after you sign your state rebate amount for installation could change drastically. They don't care cause they are not in business to give you rebates they are in business to make money buyer beware of this company. I was never given the TES I Was told this is given after I sign a contract? Sounds pretty corrupt to me.
