Description of Work: Shawn showed up about 15 minutes after I called to say my ac wasn't working...Fifteen minutes...WOW! He knew his stuff and had the system up and running in another 15 minutes. He explained everything to me...why it happened, what he was doing to fix it. He waited and took temps of the registgers...This is a good worker...hang on to him. And thank you for sending him so quickly...I'm elderly with an elderly dog and we were both just about melted.
