Brett from A and B was great. Came quickly to troubleshoot my issue. The only reason I am marking the value for the money is that the cost of the part was expensive, but probably little A & B can control there. The Controller card was $335 which was about a as much as a high end computer motherboard, but these controllers are about a tenth the complexity. I am sure much of it is because it is a 'special' component. He did give me a few bucks off for being an Air Force Vet.. so not unsatisfied, just thought the repair was a little pricey. I would use them again though.

technician was knowledgeable and courteous. problem was found and resolved. replacement part was not locally available .but did not hinder the resolution. technician had to travel quite a distance to get the required part. I was completely satisfied. furnace is now operating properly.

A&B came to my home within 45 minutes of me speaking with them. My heating system stopped working late Friday Night. A&B came first thing Saturday morning, Diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away. Brett, the service person on duty was very pleasant, nice personality. He was very familiar with they what needed to be done, and had plenty of knowledge of the system.

There are many companies out there who will overcharge you, and do inadequate or unneeded services, just because most people are ignorant of how A/C systems work. A+B is NOT one of them. We worked with Brett and his crew, who responded promptly to all questions and needs. They went far above and beyond to fix our problem, which two other companies were unable to even find. They did not overcharge for diagnostics or service, and were informative about what was being done and why. They did not jerk us around, they worked hard to solve the problem, at a very fair price. HIGHLY recommended.
