Brett was very professional and courteous. His response time was prompt and the quality of his work was excellent. He went straight to where the issue was and gave his recommendations, we decided to go with them and he took care of the refrigerant issue right away. I was very impressed with his work and I will definitely recommend him to other customers.

They came out and did a great job. My A/c unit stopped blowing cold air.. They came out, recharged my system and explained step by step what they were doing and why. A half hour later, my house was nice and cool again!!

Owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and prompt. He took care of my heater problem and even took the extra effort to replace the thermostat within the agreed to cost.

Brett was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure my heater was working and functioning as expected before leaving. Very reliable as it was Sunday night and needed my heater.

We had an air conditioning problem over Memorial Day weedend. Brett came out and was wonderful, and this was about 8 at night. My husband had done what he could, and Brett finished up the job. Then he said "no charge" since my husband had done work on it that helped it along. I was AMAZED ! Horizon wanted to charge $80 just to walk in the door and they couldn't give me an apt, for a week ! Highly recommend A&B, and Brett who was fantastic.
