The service man from A & B was prompt, efficient and honest. He walked me through every aspect of problem with my central air conditioner. He did not pad the bill or try to frighten me with things that were not wrong. He told me the price of his parts and even told me where I could find them cheaper. Because he was honest I decided to purchase what was needed from him. I was extremely satisfied with the service and I would highly recommend him to others.

He was outstanding. Did a great job, followed up on it to ensure we were satisfied multiple times. I was very happy with this experience, and would recommend to my clients now as well.
