+ -1 moreIt went flawless - the gentleman came on time and fixed both doors fixed the brackets for the garage door opener - and in short order it was all FIXED like new - and cleaned up so well and was very courteous. I have recommended them to several friends and they were very pleased also. They get an A+ from me.
Description of Work: Replaced top section of 2 garage doors(both of which I broke0 - fixed the brackets for garage door openers - put reinforcements for both of the garage doors.

+ -1 moreI will not use Ned Sickles Overhead Doors again. I was overcharged for a new keypad installation that took 10 minutes to install. Poor attitude from the technician. I tried calling a week later because the door springs were not working and I could not get the door open! I am still waiting for a call back!!!

+ -1 moreDoor arrived at their warehouse several weeks before the front office knew it was there, and I had to wait until they found it. They did not respond to phone calls in the meantime, and I had to go back to the office and fuss. However, I was polite and so were they, and they apologized.
Description of Work: Installed new garage door.

+ -1 moreHe was wonderful and his entire crew was very professional. We went to his store and talked with him. He helped us with rebates and was upfront about everything. He didn't push us towards any high end equipment we didn't need. He was very helpful; came out and measured our doors and told us what we needed to do to get ready for his guys when they came to put the doors in. They were prompt and punctual. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Ned Sickels Overhead Doors to install a new garage door.
