We used them for a job years ago. Since we got rid of the railroad ties, we haven't had a problem with termites. We just have a problem with the carpenter ants, they come around twice a year. If we call them they will come out and do what they have to do. They did raise their cost about 10 percent. They will come out a number of times and they don't complain if we call them out. They are very good that way. I have no way of knowing about the price. I think it is good. I have been using them for 20 years.

The spraying was fine. It doesn't involve much, the man comes out every 3 months or so and sprays outside/inside of home. One of their sales pitches is if you sign up for the annual service contract, you can call anytime at all if there is an issue and they will come right out to resolve, no waiting because you are an annual client. Nice perk if they actually stayed true to their word. Well, we were customers for 3 yrs and the ONE time I did call for emergency service, we heard what sounded like a small rodent in our wall near the crawlspace, they could not come out for several days! You can imagine how extremely upsetting this was. I called another company that I've never used and they could have come out sooner! When I spoke to Mary for this urgent service, she was short, rude and made the upsetting situation even more so. Needless to say, after 3 years, they've lost a customer. I will no longer use them.

They came when expected, were very professional, did an excellent job, and we haven't had any problems since they did the service.

The owner of the business came for termite inspection.

It was OK. The communication was very good. Jim called and kept us informed. He showed up a little early and since we had not purchased the home yet it kinda scared the current owners. He did a thorough job and told us exactly what we needed to do to move forward with our home purchase. They were able to come quickly after we contacted them to do the inspection.

The technician sent to the home was always professional, punctual, and thorough. This company needs to bring their communication systems up to the year 2010. The owner doesn't feel it is necessary, but things do come up when your closed and the name of game in the world today is acessability! What I find to be problematic is that the administration doesn't offer answering service/machine or email contact when the owner shuts down for the day. The owner states he is available 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday. That didn't meet my needs in this particular instance. My problem was that my husband was making the appointments unbeknown to my schedule. When he would disclose this information to me the day before the appointment I was heading out to work at 7:30 am. I tried to reach the office at 7:32 am to try to reschecdule 24 hours prior, the office was not open. The message I received was that "This phone subscriber is not available at this time", and doesn't have a message mailbox set up on the system. Once at work, I was not in the position to return the call, because of the nature of my job and duties I perform working for a physician. Cell phones are allowed in the back room, but due to time constraints, realistically I'm not able to access it. In fact, on my work day, I had to call for lab pick-ups and listen for the second line when the front desk is in use, in the course of my hectic day I did not take lunch. Anyway, got off from work late and then went to assist a senior citizen in my development, then finally arrived home for dinner. By morning, the doorbell rang and there was the tech. If I would I been available to at least leave a message at the time of the first call, I would not have been left with the inability of trying again to reach them to give them a 24 hour cancellation call. So, in the scheme of things if your not available 24/7 you need an answering machine, service or email address to allow your customers the flexibility to contact you when your not available. By at least allowing the customer to shoot off the message and you answering it when youroffice opens allows both parties to be responsible and the owner to plan his routes more efficiently.
