The project also included demo and installation of new tiles for the passage outside the bathroom and a new sliding barn door. Unlike other contractors, we had complete freedom in selecting the materials. Dave helped us throughout this tedious process via video calls and texts. Dave also had brilliant ideas and always gave us varying cost effective options for even the tiniest details. He was very transparent and patient with us. "John was very responsive and a very nice person but I had problems with the work. He and his crew mulched a path, made a rock path and a rock boarder. Within days, grass began to grow up from the path and the rock path and two rocks came loose from the rock wall which I had to repair myself. I also asked for white tones for the rocks on the rock path. When I came home I found blue toned rocks instead. John asked me to write him a review. I made him aware of my issues with his work and told him that I would not give a positive review for these reasons, he simply never responded or returned my calls. I was just gonna let this go but then I thought others should be aware if they hire him to watch the work closely."
