I hired Affordable Windows by Structural Techniques to install new double hung vinyl windows in our home. he and his helper done an excellent job. each window was custom fitted to our home at a cost lower than many competitors with lower grade windows. his economy to high grade product let me chose what fit my budget best. he explained all products to us very well. And was a pleasure to deal with

Jim was fantastic! He was referred to us by a friend who had hired him for a window job. He offered us a variety vinyl replacement windows from economy to top quality. For the slightly higher fee, we chose his best window which is without doubt far better than any other option we had seen. We were very happy with both Jim and his helper who installed each custom fitted window, including extra insulation in voids of our old window frames for a perfect installation. We were so pleased we decided to have him replace a set of twin windows in our dining room with a patio door. Jim is also a structural contractor so he was able to reframe the exterior weight bearing wall in order to accomplish this. We found Jim's abilities to be expert level and have referred him many times!

It went great! The contractor was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgable regarding the product and installation. The windows were custom fitted to my home and I already notice the living room is significantly warmer. This was definitely worth the investment.

Excellent! Jim came to give an estimate and he discussed what my options were in detail, which I did not get from the prior companies I received estimates from. His no pressure presentation and knowledge and quality of the product made the sale. Jim and his crew came in and they were very efficient and professional, their attention to the details was appreciated. The windows look great and I noticed the difference in my heating bill. I will be using Affordable Windows to replace the patio door next year!
