Well, when there was a leak in the attic crawl space, we thought the worst - maybe a roof leak. Or maybe just a gutter problem, either way, it seemed bad. The guys at Sebastian showed up and quickly assessed that it was a condensation problem, especially with all the wonky weather this winter - storms than sun. What really impressed us was that - they didn't charge us anything. Really impressed. Thanks, everyone at Sebastian.

They were very good! Always on time, very knowledgable and easy to work with. I found the owner to be very upfront and honest about the pricing. I would definitely recommend them!

We have always been very happy with them. Their price was very reasonable as we had checked with other people. They were reliable. They put a roof on my son’s house too. They are very professional, keep their appointments. The guy with the roof actually pointed out some other things that were wrong and it ended up curing some problems for us which we didn’t even know we had. They have always given reasonable price and excellent service and we will go back to them again.

We had water marks on our ceilings upstairs. The professional from Sebastian assessed the job to be a simple problem with an easy fix related to our roof's age. He recommended a roof tune-up to check and repair other problems. We are very happy with their service.

Came out for estimate when they said they would - job done on time - no problems at all from estimate to end of install. Except for the beautiful job on roof, you would not know that anyone was here.. Can honestly say they are the best and my husband is happy and that's all I want to know - happy husband happy life! Would recommend totally.

The roofing crew came to my house exactly at the time and date they said they would. As soon as they got there they went right to work. They pulled up a truck that was used to haul away the roofing debris. They removed both layers of old shingles and dumped them in the back of the truck. Darren, the owner was up there removing shingles with the rest of the crew. I respected that, I like an owner who gets up there and does the dirty work with his men. He didn't stay all day, but he did stay there long enough to tell me my roof needed 8 new sheets of roofing plywood and that the rest of the deck was sound. They put an ice barrier that went from the eves and rakes to about 3 feet inward. New 15 pound felt paper was installed. Eve and rake drip edge were installed, and flashing around the chimney, and along the side where the garage and house meet. The shingles they used were GAF Timberline HD which are held in place with six nails. Sebastian Builders are certified by GAF to install these particular shingles. After installing the shingles, the ground around the house was thoroughly cleaned and a magnet was used to pick up any nails. They took about 7 hours to complete the job with a 6 man crew. When the job was finished I could not have been more pleased. The roof looked absolutely beautiful. The workers were extremely polite and answered any and all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Great job , professional showed up on time and got right to work . Crew was professional and polite . All worked explained prior to being done and they cleaned up very good. Definetly will use again for other projects .

it took a longer time than i would have expected to get the work done after the estimate but i will admit that the weather could have been a factor. over all i was satisfied with the work and would recommend sebastain builders to my friends.

From the business office, owners, workers, contractors, everything went smoothly. We received a comprehensive detailed work appraisal from the project manager (GAF material and warranty), and were welcome to speak with anyone with any questions. Their office applies for permit. Once we signed the contract we waited patiently for the weather and schedule to allow the work to commence. In this case everything was done in less than a day and not a bit of trash in sight! Everything is carefully tarp protected and even trees are checked for debris. The gutter work contractor was also professional, neat and clean. I highly recommend Sebastian; we are very satisfied.

Estimator was very professional, answered all questions. When the crew came to do the work they were on time, started work right awat, very professional. They completed the work on time and did exactly what thet said they would do. I would recommend them for any work.

They showed up on time, tore the whole roof off in 2 hrs , a new one on in less than three, in out great job. did 1600 sq feet fast, used all the right stuff in all the right places, I climed up there to inspect from time to time , no problem.

Sebastian Builders LLC were extremely professional. They were great. They were very timely. They were very responsive. They were awesome. Their punctuality was definitely awesome.

I had them do the estimate during a dry spell in December, agreed to the price in January, and then waited for the weather to warm up. Scheduling took a little while due to inconsistent weather, but once we settled on a date, they showed up at 6:30 am to unpack, and started work promptly at 7 at were done with site cleanup by 5 pm that night. They had a crew of 5-6 guys, they were pretty meticulous about covering windows where they would be dropping the shingles (plywood against house to avoid problems), laid down tarps around the base of the house to catch most of the discards, and they went to work. They had the entire roof (tar paper, shingles) ripped off by 10 and even with about a 45 minute break to cool off around 1:30, they were still done roofing at 4 and then took about an hour to police the perimeter of the house. When they were done, you couldn't tell they had been there, they put patio furniture, etc back where they had found it, relatched back gates, etc. They did use the magnetic rake, and I found 1 nail in crevice in the backyard, which all things considered, was pretty good. They were one of the lower estimates, and they guarantee their work for 10 years, the manufacturer materials for 50 (as long as they did the install to manufacturer standards), and I am happy with what they did. I spot checked as they worked, and they installed flashing, donuts (around vent pipes), as I would have expected.

The job went smoothly and was done on time. We were pleased with the results. However, a couple of months later when we thought we had a problem with the roof, it was difficult to get them to come around and have a look. When we finally managed to get them to come back, they didn't have a great attitude. It turned out the problem wasn't due to the roof, but we didn't think they handled the issue with professionalism - and that's the reason we wouldn't use them again.

Bad experience with this contractor. Not recommended.

Start date of work was delayed by the weather. Crew arrived at 7:30am on day scheduled and was done by 4pm. All debris from tear-off was removed same day. Used matching paint on all flashing. Made roof look really sharp. Gutters were done a week later by sub-contractor. They were professionally done with wrapping corner pieces to provide upgraded look. I would use them again.

Excellent contractor. Professional from start to finish. Great clean-up. No complaints. Bid was higher than most, but chose Sebastian because of reputation, references, and excellent presentation and bidding process. No regrets.

From initial contact, through the finished job, this was an excellent experience. This company provided many pages ( 10+ )of local and recent references, insurance certificates, workman's comp.certificates, state licenses, master installer documents from GAF- etc, etc.,- in their initial proposal. They were responsible for obtaining and securing all building permits, and scheduling the final inspection. Their presentation materials were far more inclusive than any other contractor interviewed. The crew arrived at 8:00 AM - tarped the entire house, did the tear-off, replaced 24 sheets of underlay, and was ready to re-shingle by Noon. The new roof, including a new roof ventilator fan, and ridge vents, was installed by 4:00 PM that afternoon. The owner of the company was on site and working along with the crew from start to finish. The crew was efficient and very thorough - excellent workmanship. The property clean up was exceptional. I was hard-pressed to find any debris that they missed. They had an entire crew on the ground removing debris. No dumpsters were used, they remove all debris with their own trucks. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience. We would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Rating - AAAAA + We would use them again in an instant.

They were fantastic. There was a lot of wood damage that needed to be repaired and replaced. They did roofing and siding. They were very professional. They were very punctual. They showed up when they said they would. Their quality of the workmanship was top notch. I think that the owner went really beyond to take care of all the little details. Everyday he was on site to make sure everything was done well.

Sebastian was timely in responding to our request for quote and the services that they could provide were easy to understand. They came the day they said they would and finished the same day although they had prepared us for possibly needing two days due to the size of the project. One thing we liked was no dumpster hanging around. They took everything away the same day in their own vehicles.

Family emergency delayed original completion date but when scheduled work was done quickly and efficiently

Nice job. Very happy with the overall results. Just 2 issues: 1. One issue was they were not very good at was keeping us informed of delays. Once we agreed to the work there were significant weather issues in the area which delayed the job for weeks. The delays were understandable. However, we had to call them multiple times to get a status update on the approx date the work would be performed. There was also one day scheduled and they called at the last minute (that day in fact) and cancelled. Just think they could have done a better job of keeping us informed. 2. One small area needed to be modified to allow water pass through. What was done was perfomed at our request but the finished area is not very visually appealing as the edges of the roofing are rough. Other than that the work performed was very good.
