It went great. Was here when they said they would be. Did the whole job in one day. Cleaned up after themselves during the job and after the job. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

The job was done as promised. The work was completed in 1 day to my satisfaction and for the agreed upon price.

After realizing I had a roof leak after a severe rain storm, I called Sebastian and they scheduled an estimate the next weekday. They explained what was / might be reason, how long it would take, & were honest about cost. They worked around my schedule and completed the work in a timely manner - only took about 1/2 day.

Stephanie Mainardi, owners wife, was a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful through the whole process. Work was completed on time and they left no mess behind.

Very efficient, neat, and professional. Would never have known they were here other than than new roof. The owner was on site most of the day. They really were a pleasure to deal with.

Perfect. Front door is awesome, siding looks amazing with nicely done detailed work. Gutters are nice compared to old ones.

4 estimates. 3 local contractors & 1 big box store. Big box outrageously high. Sebastian was slightly higher of the 3 but offered much more in quality of product & service & warranty. A no-brainer.

Installers were courteous, professional, explained everything to me in detail, worked very hard. Had job completed by end of day. Cleaned all debris and hauled it away and went over lawn with magnetic tools to insure nothing dangerous remained in grass. The roofing system was installed 3 years ago

Very prompt response to request for estimate. Work completed less than 1 week after estimate and within promised timeframe. Work seems to be of high quality and similar to other estimates I received. After i contracted for the work, I would have liked a little more communication concerning the actual date and time of their arrival. Otherwise, I was very pleased with all aspects of the job and would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job. They where very quick and explained the project to me. We even went over some details about a siding job that I already had a contractor for. I would use again.

Reasonably priced. Work completed in 1 day. Looks beautiful. Had disagreement over pipe/vent for hot water heater becoming dislodgedduring work. Left us without all hot water for 3 days. Company's owner refused to cover repair.

Project Manager arrived on time for the estimate. He provided a clear and concise written estimate with no hard sell pressure. Price was reasonable and competitive. On the scheduled installation date, the crew arrived on time (7:30 am). they were professional and courteous making sure my property was well protected from any falling debris. The quality of work was exceptional. they completed the job by 1:30. After completion you would never have even known they had been here. Their cleanup of the properly was also exceptional. I was a little surprised when I received the invoice as I had not been told exactly how many sheets of plywood were used. this is the one item that I would recommend the crew foreman do a better job of communicating during the job in order to avoid billing surprises. However, when I called the office the owner explained the process to me in detail and even offered to extend payment terms for the unexpected amount. Darren and Stephanie have been very responsive to any and all of my questions regarding this project. Their knowledge has been invaluable and I recommend them highly. I will certainly call them again for my next home improvement project.

Came out and told us our options. Was on time and very knowledgeable. Holding off replacing roof for now.

From the point of sale to the completion of the two jobs, everything was excellent. The did both jobs and the clean up in 5-6 hours. All workers were very professional.

Provider was punctual and provided and thorough and professional assessment of my roofing needs.

We selected another company because they have worked on houses in our neighborhood.

Said they would arrive by 7:30, got here at 7am. Roofs off within an hour and completely done with job by 1:30pm. Only signs of them being here are new roof and sign in front yard, other than that completely cleaned up, no left over nails, or scraps of materials. They did their best to keep from destroying any trees, grass, or other landscaping. Only had to cut off a few branches to get pallet of shingles onto roof. Used plywood on areas of grass that might be destroyed by trucks or people. Offered a variety of options based on any future work done to siding and gutters. Very happy and will be using again soon for siding and gutters.

Very professional work. Showed up at 7:30am and was finished entire job and cleaned up by 6pm. Laid tarp in family room to protect from debris when skylights were removed. Most important was when I was given the estimate I was told that the skylights had to be replaced because the roof warranty would not be valid if they just flashed around the old ones. I called manufacturer of shingles and they confirmed this. None of the other roofers I got estimates from said this even when I asked if skylights should be replaced. They said it was no problem to just flash around them. Skylights added another $1,000 to the job but they were already 18 years old and I appreciated being told up front to replace them?

All work was accomplished in one day. All windows were protected by plywood and tarps including shrubbery in way of removal. All debris was loaded on truck and hauled away. Area around the house was throughly cleaned leaving no debris or nails.

Estimator on time, reasonably priced, and attentive to my concerns. Work crew arrived on time, courteous, respectful of property. Excellent clean up.

Rescued me from the improper roof work done by another roofer. Previous roofer did not honor his warranty, although he'd promised to return and correct the faulty workmanship. Sebastian Builders corrected the problem. Spoke knowledgeably, professionally, explained findings. On work day, completed the correction with no fuss--quite different from original roofer.
