Excellent work! Very polite and professional. He was able to determine damage was caused by incorrect gutter installation; siding was notched out to fit gutter instead of gutter being adjusted properly. Matched outside cedar siding perfectly. Adjusted gutter to fit properly and installed new cedar siding perfectly; replacing all parts damaged by years (20+) of water and insect damage. A credit to his trade in being honest, complete, and thorough. Very meticulous work. I recommend Jonah's Construction 1,000%

Lance Dager is very professional, clean working, and polite. We needed a new side exterior door for our 1950s house and it was not an easy job. The existing door was very small, so a new door had to be custom ordered and Lance was quick to give us information (after first coming out to look at the existing door and measure) about doors that were available that were similar in look. After we chose the door, Lance ordered it (custom size) pre-primed and when it arrived, he came on a cold day to install the door and it took him most of the day. (There also was a screen door on top of it that had to be removed and re-hung.) He worked very cleanly and made the door fit the existing frame and it looks and works great, now over one year later. We know that not "just anyone" could have done this job as smoothly. Lance is a CARPENTER first and foremost, and an excellent one, but works as a GENERAL CONTRACTOR. In fact, the reason we hired him is because he had recently completed a 1-2 week kitchen remodel in my mother's home and she also was very pleased with his professionalism and work.
