I have only heard horror stories about other contracting companies. However, upon our initial meeting with Anthony, he made us feel at ease and was transparent about everything from design to cost. The price was extremely reasonable. The communication and how the team accommodated the family was above and beyond.. They treated our home like their own and always checked in/were very responsive. Their attention to detail and quality of work was extremely impressive. They also made finding materials effortless since both my husband and I are pretty busy during the week. Also, they maintained the functionality of our kitchen throughout the entire process, which helped immensely. I canâ t say enough about this team! We had other estimates but Precision Remodeling was the clear choice.

Anthony, Michael, Bryan, and Dave were THE BEST! They are reliable, trustworthy, hard working, and easy to communicate with. Our kitchen remodel was no small job and I am not easy to please. These guys met my high expectations and were very respectful of our home and family. Our design was not a cookie cutter kitchen and they rolled with every punch I threw at them. We trusted them to work in our house while we were away and they did not disappoint. This kitchen has changed our lives and improved the function of our home! I canâ t wait until our laundry room renovation with Precision Remodeling!!!! 10 out of 10!!

The work performed by this company demonstrates knowledge, competence, and professionalism. They did a complete remodel of my basement with a bathroom installation as well as establishing a laundry room in the upper level of the home. The quality is exceptional. Each team member spent time with me discussing the work, including my suggestions and opinions. They answered my questions, worked with me on the design and plans. They respected me and my home. As the homeowner, they included me in all aspects of the work. Precision Remodel went the extra mile in every way to ensure that I was satisfied. Anthony and his team at Precision Remodeling and Home Builders are top notch! We contacted and met with several contractors and Anthony stood out from the very beginning with his outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. He was flexible, fair and payed attention to detail throughout the entire process. His foreman, Mike, was also extremely professional and his craftsmanship is excellent. They finished our basement, which started out with concrete floors and exposed cinderblock. The finished product which included drywall/sheetrock, leveling, flooring, powder room, baseboards, trim, and custom shelving as well as a built in beverage space, totally exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely use Precision again in the near future for our other remodeling projects!

From start to finish, the craftsmanship was superior, and the customer service was incredible. From the various design ideas in utilizing the space and creating an open concept and flow that we enjoy so much!! I will be hiring Precision Remodeling for any & of all my future projects. I will always refer them to whomever asks for a recommended contractor.
