Description of Work: I called them on a weekend. Said it was not urgent to come out as the weekend was an extra charge. He was to come out on the Monday after and call me the AM with a time. Never called.

Description of Work: Jeff did a great job. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgable and professional. We will definitely use him again and will recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Blocked Kitchen Faucet caused by decomposed rubber on shut off valve.

Description of Work: A break developed in the sewer pipe and I contacted Paradise. The owner had no time available but scheduled at the end of his day(5:30PM). He said he would check into his current appointments to see if he could move the time up and in five minutes he called me back to advise that he couldn't(I appreciated the effort, however). He arrived promptly at 5:30, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate of $220.00, which was more than reasonable. As he investigated the project became far more complicated and time consuming, but he would not move off his estimate. When he finished it was I who insisted he take more for his work than he had originally estimated and he(almost reluctantly)agreed. His work was excellent, the problem was a nasty one but he stayed with it until completion. I'm very happy with the final repair. He'll be my regular plumber from now on.

Description of Work: He put in a new sink and garbage disposal.

Description of Work: Jeff replaced our old kitchen drainpipe with a PVC pipe and trap, and replaced our old basement faucet with a new very functional faucet. He made new flex connections so it won't leak again. He was very punctual, gave me my options and an estimate, which was very accurate. He was ready to complete the job when he arrived. He worked quickly and left no mess at all. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend him.
