We wanted to replace the 2 toilets that came with our house. They were obviously builder's grade and not very good. I called Jeff and told him what I wanted done and asked how the process worked. He explained everything and even suggested a specific toilet, which after checking a leading consumer magazine, we decided to go with. We bought the toilets that morning and Jeff installed them that afternoon. We really didn't have to worry about anything except paying for the toilets and the installation. The installation went well. He did have to leave once to pick up some parts, but the installation went quickly. Everything was done properly. There were no leaks. Not that it matters when it comes to toilet installation, but Jeff is a personable guy also. He is easy to work with and more importantly, he is honest and does good work. He even took the old toilets with him and also the boxes and packing material from the new ones. I really appreciated that. I have already recommended him to someone else and will definitely have him back when I need plumbing help in the future.

Very professional and very fast service

This guy arrives exactly when he says he will (he installed a water heater for us last year). He is efficient and personable and does good work at a fair price. He's definitely our go to guy for plumbing issues!

After I called for service, he showed up in less then an hour. He checked all of the problems and cleared the clog which was in the main sewage line that ran from my house to the street. He performed a great

Work was not performed as Owner did not feel comfortable with heating system but was honest in refusing work. I would call to use him anytime in the future thanks to his professionalism and honesty!

Called Paradise Plumbing (Jeff) in the morning and left a message. About 10 minutes later received a returned call. I explained what I needed to have done and Jeff scheduled the appointment for the afternoon. He was about 20-30 minutes late but called me earlier to explain he was running late. I have an in-law suite which contains my parent's kitchen. He was very polite and professional. Reviewed the problem and provided us with a free estimate. My parent's approved so he immediately began to work on the problem. My dad also explained that he had filter on the old faucet and wanted it on the new faucet. Jeff took it apart and said he will try to install. Work was completed and Jeff successfully installed the new faucet which corrected the leak. He also had extra parts in his truck which he needed to reconnect the filter. When he was completed he looked at a faucet that I had outside that froze and was leaking. He reviewed the situation and provided me with an estimated. I agreed and he is schedule to come back in 3 days to fix. (Will also include that review).

Dear Reader: the situation was not well, a fitting was split just where the water line feeds the house. A local plumbing outfit could not come out for two days, and try as I may to ?Band-Aid? the problem till then, alas, it had to be addressed and by a professional. By now it was early evening; Paradise Plumbing answered the call immediately, and even though they were currently wrapping up a job approximately an hour way, there was a sincere need to help us. Arriving after seven in the evening, the determination to be sure we had water was most admirable, resolute and enduring. All in all, very well done, we were kept in the loop through consistent and candid communication as well. I would recommend and utilize their knowledge, skills and experience again if need be. I really wish they had an A+ category, because I'd rank Paradise Plumbing (Jeffrey Stallard) A+ in all categories. I had him install a kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet back in the summer. He was so wonderful throughout the whole process that I have recommended him to others and knew I'd use him again if I needed plumbing services. We've been having on and off problems with our dishwasher for a few days (including water on the kitchen floor one time). This morning while unloading I noticed that it had not drained completely so I called Paradise Plumbing. Since they were closed (it was a Sunday early afternoon), I left a message detailing what was the matter. A little while later I got a call, and Jeff offered to come out and take a look at it, which he did. He checked everything from the dishwasher, to the pump, to the hose, and said that the hose needed to be reconfigured a little more as the garbage disposal was most likely sending water back into the dishwasher. One he reconfigured the hose, he ran it through a few cycles to make sure it was draining correctly, and it did. He kindly asked for what I considered was an extremely reasonable amount - especially considering it was a Sunday! Once again, I am thrilled with him and the work he did as well as his responsiveness. If you're looking for an honest, reasonably priced (and then some!), personable plumber, you've got to call Paradise Plumbing/Jeffrey Stallard!

Jeff was on time, very pleasant and professional. My house is old and sometimes it takes sleuth-like skills to find source of leaks. He was able to easily repair an obvious leaking and misaligned drain pipe. He was also able to locate a leak in a crawlspace coming from a downstairs toilet. He looked over the problem, gave me a fair estimate, and purchased the materials needed. He did the job the same day as the estimate (very happy with that - as I had a "water fountain"-type leak!) and even spoke to me about future repairs that should also be done. He spent a good deal of time explaining everything and really cared about finding a solution. He even provided a discount when he could not repair something. He may be a little hard to reach immediately, but definitely worth waiting for a return message. I am still very happy with the work he performed 4 months ago. I would definitely use him again.

The first time was in January of 2013. We called him about a leak in our upstairs bathroom. I scheduled him to come over and give us an estimate. The first time he missed the appointment because he didn't couldn't find our address. (We live in the same township). He came on a later day and gave an estimate. He diagnosed the problem as a leak around our toilet. He fixed the leak and his price was reasonable. At the same time, my husband asked him to quote the water heater replacement. He looked at the water heater but never followed up with the quote.. The second time was around a month ago. He came out to do an estimate on the water heater. When he came out, at first he couldn't remember what he was here to estimate. It was a Friday and he said he would respond with the quote the next day. Since that would have been Saturday, my husband didn't really expect him to respond that day. He finally called back over a week later with the quote. My husband said that was fine and we wanted to schedule the work. He never called back. It's over a month now. I am conflicted about this review. On one hand, I think his work was good when he did it. But on the other hand, you shouldn't haven't have to beg someone to let you give them your business.

No service charge or appraisal charge. Paradise Plumbing came out and did the job in one day. PP saved me $1,000 from the first estimate I got from a different contractor. Did a fantastic job! Thanks!

This plummer even changed hoses underneath he said had rusted,the service was good and I would definitely use him again

The owner, Jeff came out the same day I called with a clogged sewer line. He was pleasant and efficient. He fished a snake up the sewer pipe from the street to inside the house to clear the line. While he was there, I decided to ask him for a quote on some additional work for replacing a small house filter located on the incoming water line in the basement and a rusted out drain plug in the bathroom tub. He called with the quote a few days (approx 3) later. Scheduling to have him do the work was easy (he was available a week later) and he was on time for the appt (even a few minutes early). I did not have to worry about some vague 4 hour arrival time block which was nice. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Again, he was pleasant and efficient. I have no complaints and would use him again.

Excellent, I was extremely satisfied and everything went perfect. Jeff the owner who serviced our home was very honest with me as I was hearing a loud noise after flushing the toilet. Jeff told me that he did not believe I had a major plumbing problem and all he needed to do was to replace my toilet and the problems should be resolved. He was correct. He came out the first day to examine what needed to be done, he explained how he was going to repair it, and the next morning it was done, clean fast and neat.

Jeff arrived early, wheeled out the old hot water heater, and installed the new one. He knew he had to upgrade my 3-inch smoke stack to a 4-inch smoke stack based on changes in the plumbing code (though he gave me the choice to go with a less powerful water heater that wouldn't require the upgraded smoke stack). His work passed inspection, and the new water heater has been working fine with no issues. Jeff was professional throughout the job.

Jeff arrived on time, and completed the task in about an hour. He removed the old toilet, and assembled and installed the new one. A bead of clear silicon around the base was his final touch. The toilet looks great and works great. Jeff was professional, and was able to answer questions about the process.

I am very pleased with this service. There were no problems, work was completed when promised, there was no mess after job was complete. Contractor recommended getting a Bradford White Hot Water Heater which is a little more expensive but a better unit. I would recommend this contractor if you want the job done right.

All went well..he had to go to plan "B" and it all worked out.

This work was done at my elderly mom and dad's house. Paradise was at their house last week to fix a spigot in the garage and pointed out this problem. He came back the following week and re-aligned the pipes, disconnected the old unused washing machine for disposal. Also blew out the pipes to clean them out. Arrived on time. Excellent work. Used the senior discount again. Friendly service.

They were very good. They were thorough, they were polite and stayed until everything was done.

Work was done at my mom and dad's house. He arrived early. Good reasonable estimate. Started the work immediately. Explained what he was doing to my father. Used the 10% senior discount. Scheduled him to return next week to fix another problem.

Calls were promptly returned. He gave a very fair estimate over the phone. The day that he was supposed to show up to do the work he was a no call, no show. I called him after an hour and he apologized and said that he had made a mistake in his schedule and thought that my job was for a business that he does work for in Voorhees. OK, fine, it happens. We rescheduled for a few days later and he came on time. He finished the work very quickly and gave me estimates on some additional work that I am looking to have done. He also pointed out a pin hole leak in the flex-rod that attaches the dishwasher to the water supply. I did not have Jeff fix that. Sears had just installed the dishwasher so I had them come back to fix it, since it was still under warranty. I was very happy with Jeff's work and will use him again in the future.

Great work, no issues. Would use again.
