Jeff is great. Always on time and explains everything. He has helped me with my home and rental properties.

They are A1, The technician was a super, super guy. He also completed knockout work. We will call them again for future work.

They never returned my message after I tried a couple times to contact them.

Called Jeff at Paradise plumbing after reading the great reviews on angies list. Our downstairs toilet was clogged and no amount of plunging/snaking on my end would clear it. Jeff called 15 min prior to his arrival and arrived right around his estimated time that he would be out. He also was unsucessful in augering the toilet and said he would have to pull the toilet to find the problem. Well he sure did find the problem alright... As soon as he removed the toilet he was greeted to a sewer line full of tree roots that infiltrated the line. Im new to living near trees and have never heard of this problem, but Jeff advised that although it doesnt happen often it does happen. He cleared the line of the roots, reinstalled the toilet and advised me to start using copper sulfate, a chemical designed just for roots in sewer lines. He stated that it will probably happen again but I should be able to get 2-3 years out of it and possibly more after using the chemical on a regular basis. I was thoroughly impressed with Jeff and his operation. I wont hesitate to call him with any additional plumbing problems.

Do not call he did not honor the deal.

Jeff did a lot of work for us on a home we recently purchased. He was professional, showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly, and followed through. His prices were reasonable and we have been pleased with the quality of his work. We consider him our new plumber and will call him back whenever needed.

Jeff looked over the job which required: 1. Disconnect the water pipe. 2. Take off the two retaining nuts. 3. Move bowl, remove old wax seal. 4. Reset bowl and tighten two nuts. 5. Reconnect water pipe. We paid $49 to Angie's List which paid for one service call and included a $49 credit for the job: ($49 Plumbing Service Call Plus $49.00 Credit Toward Repairs (Advertised as $150.00 VALUE - 67%SAVINGS) THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING! Jeff was asking for an additional $100.00 cash to do the 30 minute job which means that he wanted to charge the $150 advertised value PLUS the additional $100 to do a 30 minute job! CAN YOU SAY RIP OFF?? WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUMBER! This should not be construed as a bad reflection on Angie's List... We've had other Angie's list work done which always exceeded all expectations...

He set up appt time and date. He called ahead. He arrived on time. He did the work as described, replaced wax rings and "tuned up" three toilets by checking all nuts and bolts and connections, These were all areas we have had leaks over the past 2-3 years due to use, and loosening of bolts and connections. The one wobbly toilet sits level and straight now. The job went well and was done in a reasonable time. No leaks, no more leaks as long as bolts stay tight. He caulked the bottom of the toilets (linoleum floors). The seals are working well, no odors. He explained to my wife what to look for and was professional at all times. Overall, went well. Recommended where (call American standard) to get wrench that would fit a hard to reach bolt, recessed in one toilet.

Great guy. Bought an AL special for toilet rebuild and there wasn't a valve on the toilet feed so he also installed that. He got it done quickly and cleanly.

The technician was professional. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the situation, and gave a price prior to doing any work. He did the job quickly and very professionally. His price was good, and the quality of his work was also very good. I would use him again when I have another project.

We called Jeff 10/12/15 for plumbing issues. He came out 8:00a.m. 10/13/2015 and replaced clogged drain. He was very professional and polite. The rates were reasonable and we would definintely recommend him.

I've used Paradise Plumbing in the past and knew that his work would be top rate. I can, once again, highly recommend Jeff. I have a very old (leaky) home with both small and not-so-small plumbing problems. He is very professional and pleasant to have in your home, he gives fair quotes, and arrives ready to do the work. If any parts are needed, he will run to the store and get them, then return and finish the job before he leaves. He tests everything before he leaves and cleans up, too. He is the best plumber I've ever hired and I will keep his number handy.

He arrived right on time for the estimate and the day he provided the service. He was neat in his work and explained all processes he was going to performed. I found me a plumber for life. Highly recommended.

Jeff removed and replace our gas hot water heater. He is very personable and professional. He noted that he needed to replace the gate valve that fed the heater and installed a new 1/4 turn ball valve and didn't charge me any extra for doing this. He is a man of his word and I would highly recommend his services for any of your plumbing needs.
