Jeff came out to our home the same day I called him and gave us an estimate to replace our main waterline which had developed a small leak. Our house was built in 1896 and I believe this was the original waterline. We have a large patio over the area where the waterline runs and our fear was that the patio would need to be broken up to place the new water line. It turns out this was not necessary. Paradise Plumbing was able to run a new copper waterline four feet deep under the front yard and patio into the basement using a cable which pulled the copper pipe through the dirt with minimal digging. This saved us a lot of money! They even cemented the hole around the new water pipe in our basement! So let me summarize: 1. A very fair price which beat the competition. 2. Estimate given the same day we called. 3. We got the estimate on Monday. We approved the work the same day. On Wednesday morning they started the job at 8:00am and were finished by 11:30am with minimal trauma to our yard. 4. They took out a large block of sidewalk (larger then normal since we live in town) and then replaced the block when the new line was in. Yes we may need to have block replaced with new cement but if the old block settles evenly we might not need to do that. 5. They cleaned up the entire area and our basement. You can hardly tell they were here and that we had a four foot deep hole in our yard. They turned a potentially painful experience into one that was almost pleasurable! Not well at all. We had a total mixup/breakdown on the time of the appointment. Jeff insists I was mistaken and I am sure he was mistaken. Because I needed to have the leak addressed immediately and Jeff was unable/unwilling to return later that day, I engaged another plumber who came over immediately and was able to address all the plumbing issues to my complete satisfaction.

All work was expertly completed. Jeff was very professional and nice regardless of the difficulty of the work environment in our crawl space. Unexpected additional work was very reasonably priced.

Excellent!!! It was really an emergency and we needed to fix the drain quickly at my mum's house. I called Jeff late the night before and he was there the next day an hour early. Jeff was professional, courteous, and super helpful. We are really satisfied with the work. While there, I showed him another issue that we had with the bathroom. He fixed this while charging us for the parts only. I have not met many plumbers like Jeff. Will definitely do business again.

I contacted Jeffrey to fix a toilet in our home that would not stop running water. He and I spoke in great detail about the problem and he agreed to come to the house on Wednesday March 1st. Jeff never showed up and never called. I figured this was a clerical error as I work in financial services and things happen. So even after making arrangements to be home in time to see him, I called to see what had happened. He barely apologized and asked if he could come two days later on Friday March 3rd. I was shocked to find that the first no call no show was not the last. Not only did Jeff not show up for the Friday 2nd appt scheduled but when I called he didn't even know that he was supposed to be at my house. This was undoubtedly the worst client service experience I have ever had. I have never had an independent business owner care less about making money or servicing their clients. I would have literally paid just about anything to fix a lingering problem and by treating me the way he did....I have absolutely no choice but to NEVER hire him to do anything in my house. At this point, I wouldn't even let him mow my lawn let alone touch the plumbing in my home. He was unapologetic and I asked him as professionally as I could to disregard my original request. Do NOT hire this plumber and save yourself from unneeded aggravation. There are plenty of hard working entrepreneurs out there that would be honored to service your most precious asset.....your home. Jeff showed that he could literally care less.

Jeff Is Wonderful!! He definitely knew what he was doing and fixed the problem within an hour. He was friendly & professional!! I will always use him for my plumbing needs & refer him to all my friends & family. He is the Best!!!

He did great work and I would highly recommend him. One thing I would like to point out is that he comes right out when you need him and he really cares about his customers. He shows up on time and is very helpful. He is a very nice guy.

Rug was wet in closet that backs up to shower. He found that it was only the shower enclosure that was leaking, that was finding its way thru bottom of wall. He found and caulked leak and no wetness has re-occured

Called on Saturday morning. Could not do work today, but could do so on Sunday - however, could not get "best" brand of water heater until Monday.

At the start of the work I ran the hot water in the water lines so Jeff would know which pipes were carrying hot water. While the overall quality of his work appears excellent, the hot and cold connections are reversed. I did not ask him to correct the piping, but, as a professional plumber, I believe that he should have corrected his error. I did ask Jeff to move the Red (Hot) and Blue (Cold) valve handles so that they would indicate where the Hot and Cold hoses from the washer should be connected. He said that he could not do this, and that is how the work was left.

Had a leak in kitchen ceiling he went right to the source and found the leak GREAT JOB !!! THANK YOU

Jeff is professional and a really nice guy. Work took a little longer than expected due to our schedule and his but overall very good experience.

It's hard to write a review for plumbing - wow, the toilet now works! You just sort of take plumbing for granted until it doesn't work. In my case, I had a drain line that was constantly clogging up which was a result (learned through hiring Paradise Plumbing) of a portion of the cast iron pipe corroding, the connections to the PVC was incorrect and the PVC was improperly installed and undersized. They removed the undersized drain line and as much of the cast iron drain as they could and replaced it with the proper sized 3" drain. The main problem we had was resolved and I expect that I won't be crawling down into the nasty crawlspace to clean out my drains anymore. I recommend Paradise Plumbing and have them scheduled to come out this week for additional work.

I've used him many times over the years. He's a nice guy, has reasonable pricing, and does wonderful work. He cleans up after himself and always has the problem fixed on the first try.

Excellent, old faucet was rusted on, it took a little time but he got it off.

Jeff did a great job. Showed up on time, gave a quote and preformed the job on the spot. Price was very reasonable. The shower faucet fix was quickly identified and fixed unlike my original contractor who installed the unit and just told me that was just how it was supposed to be. I would definitely recommend paradise plumbing and use them again.

Jeff was great! He came out to my house, diagnosed the problem and installed the new pipe and garbage disposal. Very nice man. He did a great job and didn't kill me with the price. I will definitely use him again for any plumbing problems I have and I will highly recommend him to my friends.

Very well. Jeff knew exactly what was causing the squealing noise, and replaced the "guts" of the toilet which completely solved the problem. The slow flushing toilet was really not fixable due to its age and calcium build-up over time. Jeff said he would get me an estimate for replacing it. (Which he did exactly when he said he would.) While he was there, I mentioned that a 3rd toilet was starting to run by itself for a few seconds, then shut off. Again, Jeff said he knew how to fix that, and replaced a part. He showed me that the part had two holes in it, and said it should just have one, and that should do it. He was right! We haven't had any problems with the two he fixed since. I have used Jeff's services before and will only use him for all of my plumbing needs. I find him to be honest, full of integrity, professional, fair, and he fixes what needs to be done. He also works hard to get to you as soon as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and in fact have done so repeatedly to family and friends. Jeff was great. Very friendly and helpful. He was able to come over right after I called him and replaced the broken garbage disposal. He tried to salvage the old disposal at my request, but it had an electrical issue. Jeff ran out and picked up a new one to install for me.

Very good. Asked enough questions on phone to be able to give me a conditional estimate over the phone. Slight mix up on the time of the appointment. Came in under the estimate. Quick, friendly, and polite.

Took several attempts to contact Paradise Plumbing. Did not respond to Angie's List message. Showed up 15 minutes late to the evaluation of work. He said he would have the intimate ready by 5 PM of the same day. He did not have a business card and did not know his e-mail address. He eventually gave me an invoice with this information. * No estimate at 5 PM, no answer of the phone. No e-mail contact reply to my e-mail to him. Next day he picked up the phone on the second phone number which I had to Google for. He apologized and said he would have the estimate by 5 PM. * No estimate at 5 PM, no answer of the phone. No e-mail contact reply to my e-mail to him. Plumber answered the phone the next day and again apologized for failing to provide me an estimate. He immediately provided me and estimate verbally. He advised me the price was so high due to the cost of the Permit. He said that the Permit from our local Municipality would be $100, but my wife works in this office. She found the price to be $36 vice $100. I do not recommend his services.

Jeff is great. He helped me clean up some work after an irrigation project. He is on time and explains everything. He has helped me with my home and rental properties.
