Jeff did an excellent job and even refunded part of the cost since the job went faster than expected. Unfortunately, the work cost more than 10 times what it should have since someone in my house (I will let them remain nameless), poured acid down the pipe to try to open the clog which required Jeff to don special safety equipment. Scheduling was a breeze, he came in very short order which is convenient in an emergency, but be prepared to pay via money order or cash for a big job since he doesn't take credit cards. All in all, Jeff seemed very honest, did an excellent and efficient repair on my pipes.

Last year I had an irrigation system installed. When my water & sewer bill came I learned that I was paying an additional $500/yr to water my lawn because I was paying for unused sewer service. I called the township to find out if I could have the irrigation put on a separate bill. They told me I could buy a meter from them and have it installed. I secured the meter and township requirements and called Paradise Plumbing, LLC. Mr. Stallard came out and gave me an estimate for the work. He secured the permits and provided the township with the required technical drawings. Once the permits were secured he arrived when he promised and completed the work in a professional manner. He told me told me to call the inspector and have the work approved. The inspectors told me that Mr. Stallard had done excellent work. I look forward to a nice lawn and a lower water bill during the coming summer.

Everything went well. Jeff arrived right on time, spent about 2.5 hours was polite and explained everything. I felt the price was fair and he put new bolts and a seal on the third toilet for free. I would call him again.

The above cost was for labor, as Jeff allowed me to purchase my own gas hot water heater. The total cost was less than $700. Jeff arrived on the designated day and time. He went right to work and completed the job in approximately 2 and 1/2 hours. I was completely satisfied with the results. Our only problem came when he approached the township for the certification papers! They made some extra ordinary precursive demands that made him have to do some extra foot work. All of which I felt were not necessary. In conclusion, I hope Jeff will agree to do more work for me as I need it. Respectfully, Phyllis Covington

Mr. Stallard returned my call promptly and scheduled an estimate for the very next day, and scheduled the work the following day. He arrived on time, did good work, cleaned up after himself and stayed within the estimated price.

Jeff, who is owner of Paradise Plumbing and his partner Ed [of EFD Trenching ] arrived atthe arranged time and went to work without hesitation.Ed operated the backhoe like a "master". I have a brick pathway which he tunneled under, saving me hundreds of dollars in replacement costs. They also protected another brick walkway and my lawn with plywood while they dug down to the 'bad' pipe. They did'nt mind me watching and were happy to answer all my questions. With the line repaired the excavated area was restored and the work area looks quite good! They also cleaned up after themselves very well.

He is great. We do not ever have to look for a plumber again. Showed up on time and did what he promised. He did run into some complications which required a second visit, and he did so without complaining or charging us extra. We would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

He was a very professional and an overall great guy to deal with. The work was pretty simple and he did it quickly.

Called them this morning and they came right over to give us a quote. Was very informative helping to explain difference between regular and tankless water heaters. Since we were able to decide while he was here on a regular water heater he was actually able to fit us in today as well. He was extremely polite, made sure to lay a dropcloth down over our flooring in the entry, cleaned up after himself, applied for the permit (included in cost) and took out old heater away. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had also asked about getting a pump hooked up to our french drain and he explained the process but said given what he sees, its not worth it to do it right now. Explained what to keep a look out for and gave us an idea of what it would cost down the line if we wanted to go ahead.

I called at midnight the day we discovered the leak, he came to the house late that afternoon. His estimate was $160. We waited 4 hours before turning the water back on to allow for an adhesive to dry. After which, there was another leak further up the line now. We left a message for Jeff (his phone was turned off at dinnertime) and he called back in two hours. At dawn the next morning, he was back in the basement cheerfully replacing a whole section of pipe, something he said he should have done the first time. All of this was covered in the $160 charge. After he left, we discovered another (very slow) leak even further up the line, but it was not urgent so we agreed to wait two days for his visit. He upgraded all the copper in this section to PEX tubing, and "gave me a break" because of the prior work. This upgrade was $140. I don't know what the price would have been without the "price break." He was friendly and open, never complained, and played with our dog even.

Fantastic! This company is a keeper. It was clear from the start why this company had the '06 Super Service award. They should be getting the award again in '07 if others have the same positive experience I had. Called to get an estimate and discuss costs. Responses were quick and informative. Before anyone ever walked in my door I knew what product I was getting, what it would look like, how much it would cost, how long the job would take. Jeff arrived right on time, brought drop cloths and a good sense of humor. While he was working, he pointed out some possible problems left over from previous repairs. He finished and cleaned up like he had never even been here. Before leaving we asked him all kinds of crazy questions about some other plumbing related ideas we had been tossing around. He answered our questions and pointed out some solutions and pitfalls we hadn't thought of. Great resource. Too bad Jeff doesn't do electric and all the things I need repaired.

Great. This is the 2nd time I've used him. Both times he came on a weekend, did the work for a reasonable price, had great ideas to make the work safer and less likely to fail. And he's a nice guy too.

This gentleman was extremely professional and prompt. I found his service excellent. His pricing was also fair. I would use him again.

Called Jeff on the phone to set-up an appointment we set a date and time right away he came and installed a shower valve for me in my upstairs bathroom I was very pleased with Jeff's knowledge and professionalism

Jeff was there on time, both to check out the job & then to do the work. He explained what he needed to do & asked my permission before proceeding. He was quick, courteous & thorough.

He came over and fixed it right then and there. We plan to have him back to fix a complicated tub drain problem soon. They were very nice, and the price was fair.

He came the next morning to fix the problem. He said he would be here at 9 am and was here at 5 minutes til then. His price and promise were fabulous. He was courteous.
