I contacted Paradise Plumbing Monday June 13, 2011 and spoke to Jeff's wife, who was very pleasant and helpful. I explained we lived in a townhouse with heating and AC located upstairs. We had a considerable amount of water leaking from the kitchen ceiling and suspected our air conditioning system might be the source of the problem. Jeff returned my call shortly thereafter and an appointment for the morning of Thursday June 16th was established. He clearly explained about all charges for the visit related to the work to be performed including "seek and find" costs. Jeff arrived promptly, accurately diagnosed the problem, purchased the parts and completed the work within a couple of hours. Throughout this process he explained to us what steps he was taking to diagnose, fix and repair the problem. He cleaned up all mess created from the drywall removal and cleaning of the condensation line. Also he gave us instructions on what to watch out for over the next two days. We encountered no further problems and the repair was successful. He was efficient, communicated well with us, and the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend him to others.

We had some problems getting in touch but once connected everything went smoothly. We agreed on a date and time. He arrived exactly on time and went to work immediately. The process took approx. two hours. Once finished he cleaned up after himself and left everything as he found it. I was impressed with his demeanor and professionalism.

Very pleasant individual. Timely; executed as planned; no surprises. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend him to others. Would use him again.

I contacted "Paradise Plumbing" by telephone and spoke with Brian's wife. It was nice to speak with a person instead of a machine and she relayed the message to him. He quickly returned our call and we explained the leak. Although it wasn't an emergency situation, he promptly came to our home to make an assessment. He returned 2 days later for the final repair because that was when our schedules were compatible. The experience was a pleasant exchange considering it was a small repair and he took the time and effort to efficiently perform it.

Had exterior faucet which was leaking badly. Replacing it would mean major masonry work to remove the attached pipes as well. Jeff was able to completely re-manufacture the faucet with new parts saving us a ton in added labor costs. Work as always was professional, efficient and easy on the pocketbook. Will continue to use for all our plumbing needs!

Fantastic! Jeff is extremely knowledgable about plumbing. He provided a written estimate that was right on target for the price of the service. He came early in the morning to help us expedite our permit process and worked with our tight deadline to make things happen. Jeff stayed late into the evening until the job was done. He is a real "salt of the earth" kind of man-honest and forthright. We will absolutely use him again for our plumbing needs.

Very well....See above. No complaints. Might recommend for Jeff's purposes that he furnish to clients a written estimate prior to starting work to calm anxious clients and to protect himself from clients who are a obnoxious. Definitely recommend.

Jeff is an excellent plumbing contractor.The estimate he quoted to us over the phone was exactly what he charged us. He was pleasant,competent,knowledgeable and cleaned up after each step of the toilet installation. I would definitely use him again.

I requested an estimate for unclogging a kitchen sink. I was told the piping under the sink was all wrong and needed to be replaced at a cost of $270. After conferring with a few other plumbers, I was told by them that the piping was correct and it is called trapped plumbing because of the garbabe disposal. I feel this plumber should have know that. So, we only needed a motorized snake through the drain to unclog it at a minimal cost! Paradise plumber seemed honest and cordial so I don't know if he didn't know about the piping situation or if he just wanted to redo the work for more money.

Jeff gets back to us quickly, does a really good job, shows up when he says he will & charges a fair price. I'm so happy we found him & recommend him to others with plumbing needs in the area !

Everything was professional and excellent.

The response was quick, which is what you want when your basement is filling with water, & the job was done neatly & quickly. We will definitely use Paradise Plumbing the next time we have a plumbing problem.

He was extraordinarily punctual. It isn't every day that somebody can admit that they have too much on their plate, and refer you to another plumber they used to work with. He didn't actually do any work, because he was unable on that day.

Jeff arrived on time and was extremely pleasant. He checked out the shower and explained what he planned to do. He also told us the price of one of the parts he would need. He worked efficiently and completed the job with no additional problems. The faucet he installed is beautiful. We have used Jeff before and his work is always perfect. We also are having a problem with the toilet in the same bathroom which Jeff was going to look at but couldn't because the shower repair took longer than expected. You can be sure we will call him the repair the toilet.

He was good. He was very professional. He came out the day after my daughter called. I would consider hiring them again.

We bought a faucet which was more work than we counted on. We called Paradise Plumbing, he called right back and asked if he could come right over. It was also a Saturday so we were impressed right off. An hour or so later we had our faucet working. Very happy, very nice man, professional, will definitely use again.

My 87-year old father needed his faucet installed, a job that a year ago he could have done himself. I was concerned about hiring someone who would not take advantage of him financially and would do the job according to my father's high standards Jeff fit the bill perfectly. According to my father, he was prompt and courteous, immediately putting down a dropcloth, and finished the job perfectly. He got a quote for a bathroom sink installation to be done in the future.

Most of the work was completed in one day. Problems beyond the original scope were dealt with in a subsequent visit.

The service was exceptional. The plumber was extremely pleasant and very informative. He arrived on time and didn't rush the job. He had to go out to purchase a part and came back to install it. He went above and beyond.

He is very good. He came an explained everything. They haven't done extensive work for us but we would defnitley give them a shot. He gave us the Angie's List discount. They did a good job of cleaning up and explaining things.

Great. Planning on having more work done.
