This was my first experience with an Angie's List referral. I had called two area plumbers and received only ne return call. This plumber called back quickly and came to give me an estimate the following day. He was polite and pleasant. He was very accommodating as I had to change my scheduled appointment twice due to complications with the scheduled delivery from the store that my new refrigerator was purchased from. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

This was during a particularly rainy period, when my sump pump in the basement died. I got on the phone as soon as I got home from work and called three different services. Paradise responded immediately and said they would be out first thing the next morning, as more rain was expected the next day. They arrived fifteen minutes early and had a new one installed just as the new storm started. I would call them again when I need service.

found what was leaking, not as bad as I had thought. Repaired leaking tank bolts and valve seal. Went to local hardware store for parts.

paradise arrived on time and began work immediately.knew what he had to do and did it.answered all questions cheerfully.was neat and clean in each room.took time to talk about his family(we live in the same town).very nice man and a hard worker.when finished we tested all the faucets all were in working condition.its about 9 months later and all is well with our faucets.we were very happy we hired paradise.

I called the company over a week ago and my call was never returned. I would have expected at least a call back if disinterested, considering the reviews here.

He was prompt, found the problem quickly and repaired it the first visit. We have not had a problem since.

Arrived at about 8:15 AM looked at the problem, told us what was needed, gave us an estimate, said he would need to go to plumbing supply store for the cartridge (about $50.00) gave us an estimate of $175.00 for project. we accepted he went and got the part and the job was completed by 10:00AM Bathroom was as neat when he left as when he entered. Plumber honored the senior discount of 10%so total cost with tax was 171.20

We had a bad pipe in the bathroom and the main water shut off valve was broken. He picked up his phone right away, gave a time in which he would be out to see what the problem was. He showed up on time, needed specific equipment went to get it and returned promptly. I didn't get a chance to use the coupon I printed of Angies list as I was at work and my hubby was home, next time I will have it ready. I received excellent fast honest service.

Plumber arrived promptly and began to diagnose our issue. We have a summer/winter hookup so our water is heated by our boiler as we use it. No hot water heater needed. We have issues with temperature control mostly in our showers where the water will start off extremely hot but then quickly go to luck warm at the warmest setting (turning off all cold water completely) . He felt that this was more of an issue to be handled by the company we use to service our heater/ac to which we replied they felt it was an issue to be dealt with by our plumber (they thought it was a water pressure issue). He said he didn't have full knowledge of the boiler system. He suggested that we purchase a meter at home depot to check our water pressure at the house so we have an idea of where we are compared to what is considered acceptable pressure. He also suggested we do some research online regarding a "Davey water pump" but that the heater guy would need to install vs him. We appreciated his honesty on not knowing our system and not trying a number of other things that may have worked just to charge us money. He didn't charge for the visit

Jeff promptly returned my call to set up an appointment to replace a garbage disposer. He worked with me to select the right model of disposer. He showed up on time and completed the installation in less than an hour. Very good work. I have used Paradise Plumbin before and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for all of my plumbing needs.

He was very responsive. I told him that since he was coming a distance, that if he wanted to come prepared that there would be a chance we would go ahead and use him. He was also willing to go out and shop for the fixture that we needed and made sure that it was a close match to our other fixtures. We had house quests at the time and he got right in and did the work while they were here. We would use him again if needed.

Everything went very well using Paradise Plumbing. I have no complaints. He showed up on time, did a great job, and the cost was reasonable. I was shocked when the owner answered the phone himself (I have experience with plumbers not returning calls, especially for small jobs.) and by the fact that he readily agreed to take on such a small job. There also wasn't a long wait time to get an appointment. I will definitely use Paradise Plumbing again in the future.

I had a leaking hose bib for years and finally decided to have it replaced. I called on Friday and spoke to Jeff who was on a job at the time and asked if he could call me back to set up an appointment. He called me back later that night and we set up the work for Tuesday. My job was not an emergency and even though it's a holiday week Jeff came right out. Jeff was very professional and completed the work quickly. I would definitely hire him again. I sell real estate and am surprised at how hard it is to get someone out for a small job. I will recommend Paradise Plumbing to my clients

They were good. He was quick and came on time. He got the job done. He has a good personality. He even fixed my oven and refrigerator. He can do anything. The quality of his service was excellent.
