I've used Paradise Plumbing several times over the last few years, and have never been disappointed. Jeff is excellent at responding to emergencies: he starts early, stays late, or squeezes me in whenever the circumstances warrant it. And when it's a non-emergency, he schedules a reasonable appointment within a week or so, and arrives on time. He calls whenever he's running late - a really good communicator. He takes pride in his work, no doubt. He felt bad that his clamps were among the parts that had failed, and took the time to make sure we understood his thinking process - whether the work was still under warranty, whether the failed clamps had been the cause or the victims, and so on. He makes an honorable effort to convince us that his decisions and his prices are fair. He's an all-around professional guy. My dogs, kids, and parents like him too.

He was awesome. He knew what he was doing, showed up when he said, had a very good price compared to other people that have priced that and he knows his stuff. I’ve read reviews on Angie’s list and called him for pricing and compared to other people he had really good prices.

We called on a Friday night and Paradise Plumbing picked up the call. They came out the following day and promptly unclogged our kitchen sink. They actually arrived 30 min before the scheduled time. Would definitely use them again.

Came out on a Sunday morning so we wouldn't have to wait until mid week. Showed up on time, fixed everything. Fast and friendly.

Jeff is probably the nicest plumber I have met. He responded quickly to my inquiry and presented me with several alternatives for my situation. Thanks Jeff for a great experience!

We have been using Jeff for plumbing jobs for almost two years now and he is always a pleasure. His prices are always extremely reasonable and he always shows up on time. This time we had a drain pipe leaking from the kitchen sink and it was draining into the garage. Jeff came out on a Saturday (Which is awesome considering its hard to find plumbers who come out on weekends), and he was able to locate where exactly the leak was coming from, and repair it with a new piece of pipe. We then had him out the following Monday to redo the wood he had to cut through under the sink to repair the pipe. Overall, he did an excellent job and we will always continue to use him for jobs.

He did a very good job. He was right on time, very nice, he was reasonable and worked very hard. It was perfect.

From the moment He walked in to the house he was very courteous . He assessed the job gave me a estimate and started the job right away. He keep me informed of what he was doing and why. When the job was finished he cleaned his work site and had me inspect his work. I was very happy with the work completed and would call him again if I needed further Plumbing done. Great

I wasn't very satisfied with the work done by Paradise Plumbing LLC. He wasn't the most efficient person I've seen. When he brought the toilet back to us, he spent an extra day, and it wasn't my faulty. He should have known that he needed to bring that stuff with him when he came back over, and he charged me for it. So, he charged me two days to install a toilet and all he had to do was hook it up. I'm not really happy about it. Their prices are too high.

Very professional service. I would call them again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to a friend. Happy with the results and very fairly priced.

Jeff was punctual, polite, professional and responsible. He honored the initial quote despite there being some additional work he did not anticipate. I would absolutely use his services again.

Everything went great! I wouldn't hesitate to use Paradise Plumbing again and have recommended Jeff to friends and family. He returned my initial phone call right away (big plus - I did not hear from 2 other plumbers through Angie's List), and was open to coming on a Saturday at no extra charge so I wouldn't have to take time off of work. He also came at the appointed time. He had recommended a Moen faucet which I had gotten at a local store and installed it without any problems. The powder room faucet was trickier in a number of ways - it was in a powder room so room to work was tight, plus the plunger thing was hard to remove, and then it developed a leak at the bottom for which Jeff tried a few different things and was able to completely fix. He told me to call him if there were any problems, but we haven't had any at all. I really appreciated his agreeable attitude and working and working until he solved the issue perfectly. I was really pleased with everything from the time it took him to return my initial call, to honoring the estimate he gave over the phone, to his professionalism while on the job, and finally to persevering until he fixed the powder room faucet to his and my satisfaction. (Plus, he had a coupon on Angie's List which he honored as well!) If you need a faucet (or two) installed, or really for any plumbing needs, hire him!

Replace Garbage disposal and done a very good job. Very punctual, returned the call on time showed up on time as promised and reconfirm all the work to make sure there are no leaks and provided receipt with 1 year guarentee for the work and also accepted the Angies list Coupon. Cost is same as all my estimates received. Excellent work will definitely consider again.

I hate to give him a bad rating but he broke my sink. I think he used a wrong pool on my sink and broke it and I also believe he was getting a lot of phone calls while he was working and I think he is somewhat too busy.

Jeff is a very good, experienced plumber. When we replaced our roof this year we needed a new vent for the plumbing and Jeff did a great job. It required removing a completely clogged old iron pipe and installing a new PVC one. Because our house is old Jeff had to really think about how best to get to and remove the old pipe before installing the new one. It was impressive to see him figure this out (with minimal damage to walls). We hired Jeff again about a month later to replace the fixtures in our bathroom.

Went very well had to remove the older Kitchen faucet, was not easy but he got it off well. Installed new faucet and the work mentioned above. Did a great job and the price was very fair/good. I had another estimate that was $75 higher.

Our house has been empty for a year, our pipes were backed up. The garbage disposal was leaking into our bathtub. He came right out. As soon as he saw the problem, he got right up on the roof and he was able to fix it right away. What I like about him is that he explained everything to me. He did not have a crew with him, it was just with him. He has been in business for a long time and he knew what he was doing. I even had an Angie’s List coupon that he honored. He is definitely my go to plumber.

I found Jeff to be very professional. He was punctual, explained what he was doing, and was an all-around friendly and respectful guy. I will hire him again for any future plumbing work. The work performed: My kitchen drain line didn't have the proper slope to it and therefore kind of sagged at one point. Sediment was collecting there and eventually clogged the drain. He cleared this clog the best he could on a previous service call, but couldn't eliminate all of the sediment, and so he warned me that it would clog again within a year. You could even lift up the pipe and feel the weight of all the sediment that still remained. So on the 2nd service call he replaced that pipe segment and changed the slope of everything to eliminate all sag points. It's a long drain line, and he took his time with it to get it right. Replaced my old sprinkler system vacuum breaker with a new Zurn-Wilkins 720A model. It's an expensive part, and I found out later that it's cheaper online than it is at local box stores and irrigation places. Plumbers don't usually buy their parts online, though; Jeff picked one up locally. Replaced a leaky shutoff valve.

He arrived when he said he would for the estimate and he arrived when he said he would to do the repair. The repairs were done as expected. He was polite and professional.

Jeff was very polite & easy to talk to. He came over the next day to look at the job & gave us a estimate the following week. After checking the job out again he realized we would need a plumber/heating professional. He let us know he only does plumbing work & was very apologetic for not realizing it earlier. If I ever need just plumbing work done I will definitely call him. I'm feel sorry that he wasn't able to do the job but I greatly appreciate his honesty.

We've used him before and would use him again!

I called Jeff on Labor day weekend and left a message on his phone asking for a call back on Tuesday. Jeff called back on Labor day Monday & was at my house promptly the next morning. Jeff is easy to communicate with and overall a very nice guy. He explained everything he had to do and why. He was very helpful even moving our stove over & suggesting what the electrician would have to do. He gave me some estimates on the spot on other minor plumbing projects I was contemplating and offered to come back to check the stove when the electric work was finished (duel fuel oven). I'm happy we have a new RELIABLE PLUMBER who returns phone calls and has time for some smaller work as well as big jobs. I will use Paradise Plumbing in tthe future. VERY PLEASED :)

Called Jeff about pilot issues on hot water heater. He was out within 30 minutes. We discusses what was going on and I pointed him to the hot water heater. He said it had to be a thermocouple issue, which was what i was guessing. He offered to replace the thermocouple right there and quoted me his price. I mentioned the angie's list coupon which he honored without even looking at it. Work was done within the hour. Only issue we had was that he was on his cell phone for a large part of the time he was here, discussing personal issues. Hence the slight bump in professionalism.

When I called several months ago, my call was returned later that day, as I recall. Jeff came out the next day, I believe, and completed the work in several hours, including the time it took to run out for a part. We discussed an estimate for a future job. I was very satisfied, although I didn't write a review for Angie's List at that time, so earlier this week, on Monday, I called and left a message regarding some work I needed. It's Friday and I still haven't heard back. I"ve called another plumber from Angie's List who will be doing the work I need next week. I understand that Jeff is very busy (as has been pointed out in response to several members who haven't received response to calls to this business), however, for me, it's the height of unprofessionalism to not respond to a call for service within 48 hours at least. How is a customer to know whether or not to depend upon the business? If Jeff is too busy to return calls (especially when someone identifies him/herself as a former customer), perhaps his wife should return some calls just to give some kind of input. It should't be incumbent upon the customer to keep calling to see if they can get service.
