NICTALI LANDSCAPE/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Description of Work: You might be looking for a "professional" to clean or fix your gutters. If so, DO NOT CALL NICTALI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Their ads are all over the South Jersey Craig's List Page for Gutter Cleaning Service or other lawn/landscaping service. You might as well flush your money down the toilet and then hire a real professional to take care of your needs. We hired Anthony Donofrio from Nictali (the "owner" you apparently speak directly to when you call the number listed on their ad). He was quick to return my call and come out that day to "clean" the gutters "which was done poorly and had to be done again a week later. He also provided an estimate to fix a gutter that was sagging off of the roof and install gutter guards. We agreed on a price and he stopped by later that night to pick up a check for materials and was at our house three days later to do the work. Well, the work that was done was of the POOREST QUALITY of any professional I have ever worked with or hired. The gutter guards immediately began getting blown off of the roof each storm we have had since they were installed. They left all kinds of trash and materials (including roofing nails on our flat garage roof that have blown into our yard where our son and dog walk and play) lying around when they left. The worst part, though, is the fact that the gutter they were there to fix and reattach is in WORSE SHAPE then before he was hired. The gutter collects no water and dumps it right onto the ground below which then seeps into the basement.
