Zachary was a friendly and knowledgeable repairman. He was quick and honest. The replacement piece came in immediately, I am grateful to have had this positive experience.

They performed diagnostics and explained everything I needed to know. Iâ  m having them back to put part i. That was being shipped to us. Because they were friendly and honest.

Booked appointment online, got a confirmation call within 10 minutes. The tech (who was great but canâ t remember his name), was on time, quickly identified the issue, and on his way in 30 minutes. Reasonable price and very professional!

I called for repair on my washer, and was able to get a service call the next day. Zach was amazing! He was very thorough, calling me prior to coming out to confirm the problem. He went the extra mile to try and obtain the necessary parts for repair ahead of his visit, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed to run the washer through a cycle to make sure everything was as it should be, and I could not be happier with this experience. I highly recommend this company, and especially Zach, for any of your appliance repair needs. You will not be disappointed!

It took a little longer to get the part than was originally expected, but the new belt replacement was completed in a timely manner. The technician and scheduler were both pleasant and professional.

They had a cancelation so I got my dishwasher repaired same day I called. Bert was great and found the nickel size piece of glass in the motor and was done very quickly.

The work was done in a timely manner. Parts that needed to be ordered came quickly and they came back out immediately to install.

My washer was making a loud noise and wasnâ t draining properly. I called Mr Appliance to service my washer. Appointments was made easy thru the phone. I received a call and confirmation notification of the appointment time which was next day ( within 24 hrs ). As the apt time came closer I received a call and notification of exact time and a picture of the repair person so I knew exactly when and who was coming to my house. Mr Tomasâ s arrived exactly when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue when I explained what was going on . Explained what he found and what needed to be fixed, told me what the approx cost would be, checked to see if part was on his truck, I approved repair he did it in an hour. Very professional friendly and thorough all through the process. Highly recommend this company. Special thanks to Loren and mr Tomasz for their excellent customer service! Tom Rzotkiewicz was our repair man and did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain what the problem was, order the parts and get our refrigerator back up and running. Very satisfied with his work.

Very knowledgeable staff. Identified the problem and corrected it with no problems.
