The repair tech was very knowledgeable. It took him 20 minutes to diagnose and repair the issue. The rates went up considerably from the initial quotation. I was initially told labor and materials would be subtracted from the initial charge.

It was a simple reset. Rich arrived in a timely manner. He was courteous and professional. He took less than 30 minutes to diagnose/fix. I didn't need a new part thankfully. Now my water pitcher fills up properly. Thanks Rich!!! If I ever have another issue I'll give you a call

Rich was professional and worked quickly. He had the problem with my dishwasher diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. While he didnâ t have the specialty part on his truck, he was back out in 3 days and had the repair completed in less than 20 minutes. Fast and efficient.
