Tomasz was very professional. He came in and diagnosed the problem. Had to order parts and came back a few days later. When he went to install the part he found out that they sent him the wrong part. He left and went out of his way to find the right part and came back the same day to finish the job. I usually dread having to call companies to have someone come into my home and fix anything but Tomasz was amazing. He was very personable, professional, and just and all out amazing person. I would definitely hope that if I have problems with another appliance, he is the one that shows up at my door.

I called and they were able to come to my home and repair my oven the next day. The two repair men were super nice, efficient, and repaired the oven pretty quickly!! Cannot thank you enough for being able to fit me in almost immediately.

Impressed with the scheduling process, appointment confirmation, customer service & repair overall. I highly recommend this company - especially Zach. He called & sent a text to confirm time of arrival, communicated the issue with my parents dryer and fixed the problem. They have an older dryer & I was afraid weâ d have to buy a new one.
