Can't say enough about how professional, efficient, and pleasant Tomasz, the technician, was in repairing our GE dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem as a circuit board issue and was able to get us up and running. Plus, our Boxer dog, ZACH, absolutely loved Tomasz!!

We are repeat clients of Mr. Appliance of Sewell. This was a separate appliance (clothes washer) but we were fortunate to have the same technician, Tomasz, who greatly helped with our refrigerator early this past year. A true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable technician, Tomasz was able to get our washer functioning again but also provided us a genuine assessment that we should start to think about replacing it due to age and progressive repairs that he sees coming. I was treated like a valued customer from the moment they answered the phone to make an appointment to the minute the service man left. Appreciated the reminder call, the call to say he would be there in 10 minutes, and the photo of the repair man that was coming. Class act!

Great customer service! This is the 2nd time Ià ¢à  à  ve used them this year (different appliances). Both time repair men were prompt courteous polite professional and reasonably priced. Also they get you on the schedule quick neither time did I wait more than two days for the service call. Highly recommend!
