The experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. John gave me great suggestions on different design styles for my stairs. The job was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. Our stairs look absolutely gorgeous.

Overall went well. But it took longer than expected for the installation. But John has been communicating on the updates. Installation was professional and cleaned up everything after the work is done. Painting job done on the French door is impressive. I would suggest to lomanco concept for your needs

High quality lock system was installed 6 years ago. Key broke off inside the cylinder Thanksgiving Day. I contacted John who immediately contacted the manufacturer with the original work order. Because the lock system has a lifetime warranty, the replacement and installation were $0. John used high quality materials with a trusted manufacturer and addressed the problem without question or hesitation. Other work John has done for me has been beautiful and impeccable.

Overall the process went smooth. Installers also on time on installation day. Quickly completed the job and cleaned all premises. John was helpful in updating the status of the doors. It was bit delayed about a week , but overall we liked his service. I would recommended John for his professionalism. I would securely use his service again if I have need

John was great at our initial appointment, listening to our ideas and suggesting suitable styles. His prices were fair and competitive, and selection was easy. We were measured the same day and anxiously awaited our new railings. At installation time, both John and Bev were courteous and professional and had our beautiful new railings installed in no time. Eight years ago, John installed a wrought iron railing in our home. John was very knowledgeable in his craft and in design! To our delight, the railing was truly beautiful! We first used Lomonaco for a steel exterior door and when we needed to add front porch and stair railings, we called them back to coordinate the job. There was a miscommunication on one set of stair rails, but that was quickly resolved and the finished work is excellent.

From the day we met John during the complimentary estimate and discussion on what type of doors we were interested in all the way through the install and even going on a year and half later every exchange and experience with John and the install team has been nothing short of phenomenal. Especially in a time such as 2023 when quality and standards are often poor, John has made this experience so pleasurable!
