Horrible !!!! Very simple. You want a headache ? Then call these people. The most unprofessional, rude, disrespectful. Trust me. Find someone else !!!

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate the week of 5/2/20 Set an appointment day for Wednesday 5/13/20. I was supposed to receive a call the day before for a time. Never did. So the morning of the appointment day I called to get my time. The woman I spoke with said 1130AM. 1230 rolls around, no one had showed up. I called back and spoke with the same woman. She said: “He never showed? Let me call him.” While a little annoyed I remained cordial and said: “Don’t bother, if this is an indication of how you do things I’ll take my business elsewhere.” She hung up on me!! Mind you I didn’t curse, yell, or say anything offensive or obscene. I think a more appropriate response would’ve been “We apologize. What can we do to make this right. We would like your business.” What a joke. Don’t use these people.

I highly recommend Enright!!! The storm on (3/2/18), nearly uprooted our huge pine tree that was left leaning sideways towards our neighbors home and power lines.The Enright brothers couldn't be nicer!! My call was answered immediately, damage assessed within 20 minutes of that call. and even though they' were busy with other storm damaged areas, they saw how worried I was and tried to take care of it the same day (which I knew would be nearly impossible for them to do), after being assured the tree was stable for the night, they were here first thing the next morning. I was afraid of price gouging because of the storm, and was blown away at how low their price was!! The tree was cut down, stump grinded, cleaned up the area and gone within an hour! They really are a great group of hardworking guys that I will be calling on to do more work this spring!!

Never happened. Used to love using Enrights and dealt with Joe/Pat in the past. Prices very competitive. This time, Kyle answers the phone and comes out to give me an estimate pretty much on time. Scheduled service, waited all day, and no show. Called and rescheduled with Kyle, waited a few hours that day and called. He said, "Oops, guess I should have called." Rescheduled third time, and no one has called or shown up for a month. Done with Enrights. Too bad they are running the business into the ground.

After the estimate I called to hire them. A week later I finally was called back but I missed the call. I called them back and waited over a week, he never returned my call. I then called another time, and it's been another two weeks and no call back. So I'm going to hire someone else. I'm pretty amazed that I called multiple times to accept their estimate and never got a call back.

HORRIBLE. In spring 2014, I contacted this company for a price to cut down or trim 2 tall (but not bushy) evergreens that are adjacent to the front of my house. I corresponded with Joe Enright, but Patrick Enright came to my house. I was told $350 to cut down the 2 trees (and also mentioned in emails), but that they could not be trimmed because this would kill the trees and weaken the roots. I was also told that, because the company was so busy, work could not be done until fall 2014, but that the cost would not change. Because I was reluctant to have the trees cut down, I ended up doing nothing until early November 2015, when my homeowners insurance company demanded that I correct "overhanging limbs" by a date that was only 21 days in the future. I immediately called Enright on a Tuesday morning and said that he would come to my house on that afternoon or the following day. When I did not hear back from him, I called him on Wednesday and was similarly assured. With some variations (including leaving VoiceMail messages, when a return call is to be made by the next business day), this continued for another 2 days. On Saturday, when I was not home, Kyle left a message.that "the owner had stopped out, like, last week, but didn't leave an estimate," but that it would be $900 to cut down both trees ($450 per tree) or $600 to trim both trees ($300 per tree) and that the company was very, very, very, very busy and could not do the work for several weeks. Not only is the price for cutting down the trees 257% (that's nearly triple) of the price from just a year ago, but I am now being offered to have the trees trimmed - something that I had always preferred, but initially was told was not possible - and at a cost that is 29% higher than the initial amount to cut them down entirely! Also, Kyle's message went on to say that I already had his number because I had "called [them], like, a hundred times." It appeared obvious that Enright does not want my business. Also, I do not believe that anyone came to my property and merely failed to leave a written estimate. I called the company and left a VoiceMail message to return my call on late Saturday afternoon and again on early Monday morning. When I still did not hear back by lunchtime on Thursday (3-1/2 days after my second message and 9-1/2 days after I first called Kyle), I left another message. Kyle did call back ~an hour later. I told him about the previously-provided pricing - and that the new price was nearly triple the original price of just a year ago - and advice that trimming could not be done.. Kyle said that, the past year, the company had doubled in size and employees, which is the reason for the big raise in rates. He also said that he knew nothing about not being able to trim the trees. I stated that if, indeed, it was feasible to trim the trees, I would have had this done, more than a year ago (when the price likely would have been $200-250). He merely responded that, if I still wanted to follow up, for ME to call HIM again after 2 weeks and he would talk to someone about the possibility of trimming the trees.

Showed up 2 hours late for an estimate. After that it took over a week just to get someone to answer the phone to schedule the job. The day they were supposed to come out they never showed. I called the office to find out they never scheduled me.

They started the work but their machine broke down. I attempted to contact the owner for several days as his machine was lying on my property. Also said they would leave the chippings but they never did. Owner never returned any subsequent phone calls.

My boss recommended Enright's Tree Service after a friend of his used them for tree work. My husband called for an estimate and was scheduled to meet with someone on May 14th between 6:30 and 7:30. Enright' s called and cancelled at the last minute saying they were stuck at a big job, which was totally fine- no big deal. The estimate was rescheduled for a week later, they came out and met with my husband, discussed removing 5 small trees in addition to removing a very large foursome of oaks that were growing over other trees. My husband was told that we would receive a written estimate in the mail or by email in and quot;a couple daysand quot;, well to date ( 6/3/14) we have no estimate and my husbands calls go unanswered. My husband thinks that the guy underestimated the job at hand... very BIG JOB! That is no excuse to not return calls. Very poor customer service. We would have understood if the job was under estimated and needed to be recalculated. Too late now- they've lost our business and the potential business of my boss who was going to schedule an estimate.

Although they got tied up on a very big project that conflicted with ours, hence the 'B' rating for responsiveness - they really went out of they're way to make everything good. The owners, brothers Joe and Pat are trained arborists - they actually went to school for trees, unlike the six or eight previous companies who've work for us over the past forty years. They apologized for not being able to get to us sooner - we had a rather large and quot;hangerand quot; limb, that was going to fall, but made up for the delay by pulling one of their crews off of another job. All in all, I would highly recommend Enright's. The price was reasonable and the work exceeded our expectations.

Although we ran into some scheduling changes due to rain, they arrived early on the final date set, removed the tall and large tree that was close to the house. They were done with the job in 4 hours or so, hauled away all the wood and cleaned up all the debris. They were responsive, polite, tidy and efficient with no damage to the house, grounds or sidewalk.

The men arrived on time, used a full crew with 2 men working on each side of our property. They were effecient, professional, and left the areas raked and cleaned of debris.
