I called Joe based on a friend's recommendation. I CERTAINLY was not disappointed. I wanted to purchase and have a Pella Brand sliding door installed to replace an existing door. From start to finish Joe and his team of Pros were fantastic. Every detail was done to perfection as per my specifications. I cannot say enough other than if you need windows or doors installed and installed right at a fair price call Kennedy Windows! They left my house like they had never been there only with a beautiful Pella Sliding Door.

I unconditionally and enthusiastically recommend Kennedy Windows and Doors. This is by far the best company I have dealt with in years! The others were good (and sometimes, not so good!); Joe Kennedy runs a very professional company with high quality materials and stunning results. Before choosing a company through HomeAdvisor, I researched many companies on line and there was no contest: Kennedy doors had so many more five star commendations and laudatory comments than any other company. Joe got back to me the same day, and he promptly arrived at our scheduled meeting in our home a couple of days later. He brought all of the samples and materials from which we chose a really beautiful door. Joe told us that the door would be ready for installation in the first or second week of January. True to his word, he arrived at our house on January 10, explained everything, and then his expert installation team of Robert and Desmond arrived and worked conscientiously and neatly until they installed our gorgeous new door with beautiful Pella side windows. My husband and I could not be happier with the entire experience, and we love our new door!!

It was a pleasure to work with Joe Kennedy! We had a sliding glass door in the back of the house( see picture) and a new front door (see picture). We couldn't be happier. Joe was extremely knowledgable and the made the process of choosing Pella doors easy. His crew were professional, hardworking, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. We talked with several companies and many of them were either over priced, not informative and/or very condescending when we asked questions. With Kennedy Windows & Doors, Joe was very patient and informative. He gave us great suggestions and options to craft what we wanted and never pushed us into anything we didn't like. After the day was set, his team showed up on time, completed the job efficiently and we are 120% satisfied with the results.

After extensive research we contracted with Kennedy Windows to replace our windows and patio door with Pella products. Our criteria when deciding was a customer friendly sales experience, superior products and professional installation. Joe Kennedy demonstrated his extensive product knowledge to help us compare features, and was fully committed throughout the process including being on-site for product delivery and installation. Joe's expertise and non-pressure approach are key reasons Kennedy Windows is a "Pella Platinum" retailer. The Pella Reserve product line is clearly the industry standard for quality and appearance. Since the installation we have had numerous compliments from friends such as the windows look like furniture quality. Also Ivan from the Pella customer service support team has assured a very positive experience. During our evaluation process it was clear a great product installed improperly would not be a desirable outcome. The installation team of Robert and Richie exceeded our high threshold. They explained the process, respected our property, maintained a neat surrounding and performed a highly professional installation down to the interior trim and exterior caulking. Prior to our selection we noted numerous horror stories about windows installed by big-box improvement stores and experienced the highly unprofessional sales approach used by Renewal by Anderson (expected a major financial decision within a 90 minute sales call despite a ridiculous price that was lowered 20% after we declined). We feel very fortunate that we came across and selected Kennedy Windows and Pella products. We highly recommend.

Joe was top notch from the start. Had him come out to the house to take a look at replacing our existing door and sidelight which were in bad shape. Joe sat with us for over an hour showing us just about everything he offered, and was very patient! Since my wife and I were getting married the following month, we asked if we could have some time to decided. Joe never once pressured us, but did provided the payment options he has available. 4 months later we followed up with him (changing our entire order as well). Joe was quick to reply through email, phone and text which made the process that much easier. 4 weeks after we placed the order the door arrived and the installer came Saturday morning and had everything finished up that afternoon. We could not be happier with the workmanship and the customer service Joe provides. Would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a quality job! Thanks Again Joe!

One of the best experiences I have had with contractors! Joe was great, very personable and very fair. We received three different quotes and Joe's was the fairest and most professional. The installers were fantastic; very clean, neat, organized and professional. They guided me through the install as they were performing the work. When completed, they made sure I was happy with everything. After the installation, Joe called and asked how the install went and if I had any questions. I was very impressed and happy with the whole experience. Thank you to Joe, Robert, Desmond, and Rob!

Me. Kennedy was very thorough with his presentation of the product. No pressure and very patient with all our questions. He met the delivery truck on the day of delivery and came back to check on our satisfaction after the installation. The installer was meticulous and very clean and efficient. I highly recommend Kennedy doors and windows.

Joe and Tom were great. They are very experienced in the Pella and door world and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They still need to come back and finish up the molding which came the wrong color but I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. I will use them again when it's time to install my patio door.

Before finding Joe Kennedy at Kennedy Windows in Sea Girt, we made the mistake of getting a quote by Renewal by Anderson. Anderson wanted to charge us upwards of $15,000 to replace 7 standard size windows in our house. I was floored. Fast forward to Joe Kennedy at Kennedy Windows. Joe was amazing. He understood our needs and did not try to up sell us ever. He offered a better quality window that Anderson was able to offer (we went the Pella Impervia fiberglass window) for a third of the price, so we set up an installation date. The installers came and finished the project within a day and a half. They left the house clean and you can't even tell that they were ever there. The quality of the windows themselves are fantastic. We moved into our about 3 years ago and knew that we would have to replace the windows sooner rather than later as there was a 15 degree difference between upstairs and downstairs. Last year, downstairs became so unbearable that you couldn't even stay down there comfortably. After Kennedy Windows replaced my windows, I can finally enjoy the living room of my house. I cannot be happier or stress what a great experience we had with Joe Kennedy Windows.

We went to Home Depot and also Renewal by Anderson. Not impressed with Home Depot quality and blown away by Renewal prices. Kennedy Pella offered us a good quality solution for downstairs slider with a reasonable price. The installation went smoothly, follow up was very nice, and overall a good experience. The owner is very easy to deal with, no high power sales approach. We will use them for kitchen slider in a few months. I highly recommend.
