They" Tony "came to my house on 8/23 told them what I needed in a kitchen more countertop & a better flow to the kitchen On 8/26 they emailed me a price that was outrageously high & a design that zero though or design when into it at all the same layout as I had with no extra countertop the number 1 thing I had asked for So I emailed him back requesting a new design & a better price He responded that he would have a new design & price on Thursday the 28th . It's been 3 weeks & have not heard from them They send the company called "the floor guy "he measured told me he would email me a quote never heard a word from him either Horrible horrible service Don't use these people Because if they can't be responsible enough to email you. They definitely not going to show up to do the job . Very annoyed to waist my time I have found another company to remodel my kitchen with a awesome design & fantastic price there name is kraftsman kitchen s wonderful people

Starting with Brittany Gethard who designed our kitchen, to the installation crew who put everything together, we could not have been happier with the staff at Design Line Kitchens. Their knowledge and professionalism is evident at every phase of the process. They were always punctual, courteous and took extra measures to keep the unavoidable mess with this type of renovation to a minimum. The owner of Design Line Steve Egan, was in constant communication with us about the project and how it was progressing. A special acknowledgement to Melissa Fogel who was always there to answer all of our questions and offer advice. Now to the kitchen itself, it came out better then we expected. The cabinets were all designed and manufactured by Design Line and the workmanship and quality are quite apparent. Everything came together as promised and right on schedule. A few minor issues that we did bring to their attention were immediately rectified to our complete satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Design Line Kitchens and we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen.

From the design stage with Ralph to the demolition by Joe and his crew and the installation by Kevin, Mark and his crew everything went smoothly and on time. We were very impressed with the response from all involved. They all showed up when promised, were very professional and personable. I was really impressed by their concentrate to the smallest details. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen and the 2 built in closets.

Design Line, Steve Egan, the owner and Joel, our designer, plus the entire staff and installation crew were professional, friendly, courteous, responsible, on time, little if any mistakes or return visits ... we are "over the moon" with our cabinetry and design layout. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Design Line and have offered to show our home to any potential clients. Having built many homes with my husband and worked on many layouts and worked with a gamut of kitchen cabinet showrooms, no one has come close to the professionalism, beauty of cabinetry, on time performance and general pleasant working relationship as we have had with Design Line. They are 5 star!!!

My first encounter with Design Line was at a Home Show in Tom's River, New Jersey. That's where I met BrittanyGethard, a designer for the company. She was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. There was something special about her that sold me on doing business with this company and I was not disappointed. The next person I met was the owner, Steve Egan. He came to take my kichen measurements himself. He is one of the most talented and honest contractors I've ever done business with. He put me at ease during our first meeting and my confidence in him never waivered throughout the entire job. The cabinets he installed are beautiful. Friends who visit rave about the job he did. He listened to all my requests and guided me through the whole process. My kitchen was completed on schedule and is everything I wanted. I highly recommend Steve Egan and his staff.

My kitchen looks like a showplace. Ellen from Design Line worked very closely with me and took the time and energy to ensure I had everything I dreamed of in new kitchen. I applaud her efforts. She met with me at my convenience and took whatever time necessary. Everyone else at Design Line was also great to work with. Thank you Emily, Joe, Dan and Steve. We chose Design Line Kitchens because they provided the most complete package. I consider it a plus when dealing with one person who manufactures the cabinets and covers all the necessary labor needed to install a complete package. No finger-pointing, period. The planning was very professional with a full set of drawings provided to show how the cabinets would look in our home, a tour of the factory to show the quality that goes into each cabinet and ample discussion of finish, hardware, dimensions and scheduling. Working with Design Line was a pleasurable experience. The whole project went according to schedule. The only wait was for the corian counter tops and that was because the counter tops aren't ordered until the cabinets are installed. That's a good way to do it since measuring after installation provides actual dimensions. Sometimes due to the work of other contractors, a small change is required that alters the original dimentions. I was very happy to work with Steve Egan in the design of the computer desk to provide ample room for periphery electrical components that connect to my computer. This desk fits perfectly into the design of the entire kitchen. It was so nice to work with a company that was flexible and willing to please. As previously stated, the project finished exactly on time and there were no games. The price quoted up front was the price paid. I was extremely grateful for friendliness and professionalism of Steve Egan and his staff. It so happened that my wife was just recuperating from an eye operation that necessitated her laying in one position on the couch. She was able to watch the entire installation and everyone was so kind and thoughtful to her. Steve's mother, who we didn't know, sent over an audio tape player and some tapes since my wife was unable to read at the time. Recently when I called in November of 2012, three years after the initial installation, and explained that we damaged a cabinet drawer and needed his help to make the necessary repair, I was so happy to get a quick response. The repairs were done in two days and that was right before Thanksgiving. We were totally satisfied with our new kitchen and still are as happy as can be three years later.

I am OBSESSED with my new kitchen by Design Line Kitchens!!! From the first steps of the designing process to the last finishing details they were creative, professional and prompt in their work and communication with us. Steve, the owner, runs this business like a well oiled machine and his wife, Nicole, has a great eye for design details. I would describe this company as extremely efficient while doing exceptional work. Every single person that comes into our home is blown away by our kitchen. We would recommend them to any one that is building a new home or remodeling a kitchen. We already have friends that are using Design Line Kitchens after seeing the work they did in our house. FANTASTIC :)

I asked a friend of mine that her family use to have a kitchen business, I needed her help to design a kitchen for me. When she went to three different companies and one specifically gave some pretty good discounts. She gave him all the information and they used a software to design the kitchen. Once that was finished a contract needed to be signed off. When I went to sign off the contract, my friend had an emergency and left town. The company kept pressuring me to come in and sign the contract. My friend had dealt with them from the get go until she left town. She never agreed to have them do the granite which was a change to the contract. I was continued to be pressured by Steve Eagan who is the owner of Design Line Kitchens. Neither the company nor myself could get in touch with my friend and I ended up signing the contract. When she came back she was wondering why there was granite and the company demanded to take things out to include the discount if we wanted to exclude the granite and the bathroom vanity which was included. I ended up going with the granite and I went and picked some out. They told me what I picked out in terms of the granite would increase the price of the job and they provided a list for me of granite. All of the granite on the list didn't match my cabinets. This meant I was forced to spend more money. When I picked out a level two granite they said I needed a level three granite. When I went to the granite place they told me to go to, I was picking out granite according to the list I had in level 3. The owner of the granite store called Design Line Kitchens and told Steve Eagan she was going to give me the granite at a level 2 price but it was really a level 3 granite. I never had an opportunity to have what I wanted because he would always tack on more money. Finally when they came in and do the kitchen I decided to stop payment on a $12,000 check. I did pay them a deposit of $4,500. When I cancelled my check I started getting their attention. They ended up cancelling the granite. They did do the installation of the kitchen and now my french door hits the back of the panel, they had to come back and fixed that. They put in another panel wrong and had to fix that. They tried to charge me $325 more than they needed to. The kitchen went in mid-June and my electrican is now putting in the appliances and the oven doesn't fit in due to the fact they brought in a different sized oven. They changed the specs on me. I was told that you go to an appliance place to pick out your appliance and the appliance place will send the specs to the remodeling company. The appliance place did send the specs to Design Line Kitchen and Design Line changed the specs from a 30 to a 27. Typically the appliance place would have notified me of this change but Design Line Kitchens didn't provide a notification of the change in specs. This should have been annotated bcak in mid-April. And Design Line Kitchens said that I signed off on this, I didn't sign anything. I feel they withheld this information on purpose. This is further delaying the process. Steve was so obnoxious in more ways than one, he was degrading to his staff.
