+ -1 moreWe hired Ethan Schoss as the General Contractor for our kitchen renovation and addition (family room and office) Ethan was responsive and professional. He walked us through each step and took a very hands on approach. His crews were skilled and professional. Our project was on time and on budget. The finished product was exactly what we had hoped for and are extremely happy with the project and Ethan's work.

+ 2 moreIn 2016, we hired Ethan for the renovation of our kitchen, mud room and family room. Ethan was recommended by our architect, and we interviewed him among several others. We had a vision for what we wanted, but also needed guidance and direction. We love the work that he did, and his suggestions for change significantly enhanced our project. Ethan walked us through every decision, so we were able to make the right choices for what we were looking for. Overall the project was done quickly and within our budget. Most importantly, we love the work and feel like we’re living in a new home. We recommend Ethan and his team to all our friends.

+ 0 moreContractor failed to show for set appointment and didn't bother to call.
Description of Work: I called and made an appointment for an estimate with Ethan Schoss. We needed a basement bathroom installed, a kitchen renovation and handicapped accessible bathroom restored. We set a day and time for the appointment and were completely blown off. At no time did he every say he couldn't do the project or wasn't interested. He set the appointment and didn't have the courtesy to call to cancel or give whatever excuse he had for not showing up. A follow-up call to the office was not returned. Complete waste of time, VERY unprofessional and would not consider using at this point.
