 + 0 moreGreat! They had someone come out very quickly to give me a free estimate and I found their price to be very fair. They came out within two weeks and had everything done in 3 days. The driveway came out perfect and the landscaping exceeded expectations. Guys were a little noisy while they worked but overall I was very happy with the whole experience.
Description of Work: They replaced a driveway and provided me with new landscaping.

 + -1 moreThey get the job done, they get the grass cut. They pick up the sticks and branches that have fallen. We have a lot of trees, so there is a lot of work for them to do, branches and leaves. They blow grass into my pond. I'm going to have to tell the manager. They have limited English skills, so I have to communicate through their supervisor. They're in a hurry. They charge $50, every Friday. $50 covers the whole thing, cutting and picking up the branches. I have about an acre land up there, so it's a lot of work.
Description of Work: I'm using them for maintenance. Every other week they come by and mow grass.

 + -1 moreOverall, I think if you're already a customer of his, I guess you're all right. New customers, however, might not have such an easy time. It seems as though this guy has too much business. He needs a bigger crew and someone to do the scheduling for him. Oh well. Onward and upward.
Description of Work: I was able to get Mr. Delfim Santos to my yard to give me an estimate to pull weeds and do general yard clean up. I wasn't even offended when he interrupted our conversation to answer his cell phone TWICE. So he gives me a price, which seemed fair and said he'd be back the following weekend (this was a Friday morning). I call him a day before to confirm and I leave a message since he didn't answer. I don't hear from him. On the day he's supposed to show up, I call him and actually get him on the phone. He says he forgot. First, he did not remember who I was so I explained everything all over again. Then he remembered and said that he had already sent the guys out for the day. I told him not to bother coming. Really? Seriously? I'm about to spend my hard-earned money (which I can barely afford) to have you come to my house and you can't even get that right. Sheesh!
