Description of Work: So honest & helpful where others were not. After a boiler malfunction in February our house was gutted to the studs out of all the work that had been done Joseph Pink was one of the few who did proper work.

+ -1 moreOur mistake perhaps was paying in full as we trusted this vendor. However, it looks like we'll now spend a few thousand dollars fixing the mistakes that were made. We were really disappointed not just by the job, and the service, but as we "knew" the vendor and were friendly, we figured we wouldn't get screw. Bad call, don't use this vendor. It's really sad because Mr. Pink is a nice guy.
Description of Work: We converted our high cost oil heating with a gas solution. We went with Pink because we were familiar with him in the community. Mr. Pink was courteous and pleasant to speak with. Installation dragged quite a bit but we tolerated it. Ultimately, the job was the worst we ever experienced. We were assured that the vendor would respond and "tweek" the system, and this was "typical". Despite repeated requests to come back and fix the major issues we had with the system, and promises to show up, either they didn't show up or sent someone who was incompetent. We still don't have heat in areas of the house that we had before this installation. Our water systems no longer work in the basement, and the controls are off.

Explained how he would do the job, how long it would take & what payment options his company offerred. Any questions or concerns I had were cheerfully & respectfully answered. I plan to have Joe replace my furnace in the future.
