 + -1 moreMy finish basement has flooded 3 times since I purchased the house. I was tired of the sleepless nights everytime I saw a forecast of rain. I was referred by my manager at work and his basement got through Hurricane Irene and he did not have any water in his basement. I knew if he was happy with Jersey Dry, I would definitely be happy with Jersey Dry. I called for an estimate and was treated very professionally. Gregg showed up on time for the estimate and gave me a very detailed rundown on what they will do for me. I asked a lot of questions and he answered every question very thoroughly. He also provided pictures and a DVD of the entire process. We agree to the start date and received a call 2 days before to confirm the appointment. Derek and his crew showed up on time and was very careful with all my stuff, since it is a finish basement. They worked very quickly and professionally. They kept things very clean. He told me where all the plumbing was going and even offered to show me the work they did. Everyday when they were done he would let me know they were finished for the day. Total professionals! They were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Jeresy Dry to my friends and family.
